SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate):10g溶解在1L去离子水中5.

To bleach polyester, there are several reagents thatcan be used. One commonly used reagent is hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizing agent that canbreak down the chromophores in the polyester and remove the color. It is usually used in a solution with water and a small amount of detergent.Another reagent that can be used for bleachingpolyester is sodium hypochlorite, also known as bleach. Bleach is a powerful oxidizing agent that can remove stains and color from polyester. It is usually used in a diluted solution with water and should be used with caution as it can damage the fabric if used in high concentrations or for prolonged periods. In addition to these chemical reagents, there are also enzymatic bleach products available on the market. Theseproducts contain enzymes that break down the colormolecules in the polyester, resulting in a bleaching effect. Enzymatic bleach products are often used for delicatefabrics or for removing specific types of stains, such as protein-based stains. When using these bleaching reagents, it is important to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. It is also advisable to test the reagent on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric before applying it to the entire garment to ensure that it does not cause any damageor discoloration.Overall, the choice of bleaching reagent will depend on the specific requirements and preferences of the user. Itis important to consider factors such as the type of fabric, the desired level of bleaching, and any potential risks or sensitivities.

系统中所有组 分都含有0.1% 的 SDS(Laemmli, 1970)。

Deuterated acrylamide-d3 is a stable isotope-labeled compound that is commonly used in various fields such as chemistry, biology, and pharmaceutical research. It is a deuterium-labeled version of the organic compound acrylamide, which contains three deuterium atoms (d3) instead of hydrogen atoms. One of the main applications of deuterated acrylamide-d3 is in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. NMR is a powerful analytical technique that provides detailed information about the structure and dynamics of molecules. By using deuterated acrylamide-d3 as a solvent or as a starting material in the synthesis of labeled compounds, researchers can obtain more accurate and reliable NMR data. The deuterium atoms in deuterated acrylamide-d3 have a different magnetic resonance frequency compared to hydrogen atoms, which allows for better resolution and easierinterpretation of NMR spectra.Another important use of deuterated acrylamide-d3 is in protein labeling and structural studies. Proteins are complex biomolecules that play crucial roles in various biological processes. By introducing deuterated acrylamide-d3 into the growth media of cells, researchers can selectively label specific amino acids in proteins with deuterium atoms. This labeling technique, known asselective deuteration, provides valuable information about the structure, dynamics, and interactions of proteins. It allows researchers to study the behavior of proteins in their natural environment and to investigate protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions. In addition to NMR and protein studies, deuterated acrylamide-d3 is also used in other research areas such as drug metabolism studies, drug discovery, and environmental analysis. For example, in drug metabolism studies, deuterated acrylamide-d3 can be used as a tracer to track the fate of drugs in the body. By monitoring the metabolism of deuterated drugs using mass spectrometry, researcherscan gain insights into the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of drugs.Overall, deuterated acrylamide-d3 is a versatile compound that finds applications in a wide range of scientific research. Its unique properties make it an essential tool for studying molecular structures, protein dynamics, and drug metabolism.
