照需量周期进行需量测量,当第一个需量周期完成后,按滑差间隔开始最大需量记录。在一个不完
整的需量周期内,不做最大需量的记录。
(3)功率方向改变时,需量中间单元清零。跨费率时段时,需量中间单元不清零,保证总最大
需量计量的连续性。下面几种情况需量中间单元清零:1电表总清零;2通讯命令清最大需量时;3按键
手动清最大需量时;4功率方向改变时;5跨月结算时。
