【摘要】目的：：对比分析采用左氧氟沙星三联疗法与阿莫西林三联疗法在治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效情况。

方法：选择某院2013年6月~2014年6月收治的消化性溃疡患者150例，将所有患者随机分为两组，每组各75例。

对照组采取阿莫西林三联疗法，而观察组采取左氧氟沙星三联疗法，对比两组临床疗效。

结果：治疗后，观察组有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的82.67%，差异显著(P
<0.05)。

两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。

结论：对于消化性溃疡患者采取左氧氟沙星三联疗法和阿莫西林三联疗法均能够取得显著疗效，但采用左氧氟沙星三联疗法效果更佳，且更为经济，值得临床广泛推
广。

%Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of levofloxacin-based triple therapy and amoxicillin-based triple therapy on patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:Select 150 patients with peptic ulcer received in some hospital during the period from June 2013 to June 2014 and randomly divide them into 2 groups,75 cases for each group.Treat the control group with amoxicillin-based triple therapy and the obser-vation group with levofloxacin-based triple therapy,compare the clinical effect in both group.Results:After treatment,the effective rate in observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control
group(82.67%),the difference was significant(P <0.05),the difference between the 2 group in the incidence of adverse reaction was not statistically significant(P >0.05 ).Conclusion:Both levofloxacin-based triple therapy and amoxicillin-based triple therapy are effective to treat peptic ulcer,and it is more effective and economical if adopting levofloxacin-based triple therapy,it is worthy of clinical widely promotion.
