高效突破记叙文
一、活动类(日记或周记)
1. 文体特征
日记是记述一天中自己所经历的事,或所见所闻或所感。

日记类型又可分为记事、议论、描写、及抒情等。

高中英语写作对日记的考查多以记叙或夹叙夹议(即在记叙后发表简单的感想或议论)为主。

且多以图画形式呈现。

内容多是讲述某个故事或描述日常生活中的某项活动。

2. 写作指导
(1) 在写日记的过程中应注意以下三个方面:格式、时态和顺序
格式:一般是在左上角记上当天的日期,星期;右上角记上当天的天气情况。

下面一行可以写上日记小标题,也可以不写标题。

时态:由于是记述已发生的事情,因此所用的时态多为过去时态。

但应灵活掌握;如记述天气、描写景色,或是为了描写生动,议论某事、对话引语等,也可使用现在时。

顺序:无论是那种类型的日记,都应注意写作顺序。

记述类的一定要交代好事情发生的先后顺序,议论抒情类的一定要做到先叙述,后议论抒情。

一般来说,记叙文的写作顺序主要包括顺叙和倒叙两种。

顺叙是指按照事件发生、发展的先后顺序进行写作。

而倒叙则指将某些后发生的细节,甚至是事件的最后结果先提到前面叙述,这样可以起到引人入胜的效果。

因此,在日记的写作过程中,一定要避免内容空洞、平铺直叙,否则就很难给人留下深刻的印象,得分不高就在所难免。

(2) 突出中心, 详略得当
绝大部分日久都是记事性的。

此类日记的基本特点就是陈述过程,所以写日记时,应注意交待清楚几大点:时间(when)、地点(where)、人物(who),然后再进一步叙述事件(what)、原因(why)和结果(how)。

另外记叙文应以记叙为主,可适当发表见解、议论和抒情,但不可过多。

在文章的框架确定后, 对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。

选材要注意取舍,应该从表现文章主题的需要出发,分清主次,定好详略。

要突出重点, 详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节,略写粗述非关键的次要情节。

这一点是写好日记要解决的一个基本问题,也需要一定的技巧。

(3) 用活语言,准确生动
高中英语写作中,90%以上的日记都是记叙文。

记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。

一篇好的日记的语言既要准确、生动,又要表现力强,这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动,其可读性才强。

(4) 过渡自然,融会贯通
过渡在上下文中起着承上启下、融会贯通的作用。

过渡往往用在地点转移或时间、事件转换以及由概括说明到具体叙述时。

I was sleeping when I was waken up by much noise.我正在睡觉,突然被很多噪音弄醒了。

(3) Hardly…when…/No sooner…than…一……就……
Hardly had we arrived at the airport when the plane took off. 我们刚到飞机场,飞机就起飞了。

(4)have the habit of doing… 有……的习惯
My father has the habit of getting up early. 我父亲有早起的习惯。

(5) have no trouble/difficulty doing…
With the boy’s help, we had no difficulty finding the old man’s house. 在男孩的帮助下,我们毫不费力地找到了这位老人的家。

(6) make up one’s mind to do / decide to do /be determined to do… …下定决心干某事

如第①句中的looking at 应改为reading 。

第②句中的they must lose the way ,宜改为they must have lost the way 或it seemed they lost the way 。

2. 缺乏高级词汇的灵活运用。

如第⑦句的thanked 可以用appreciate/ be grateful/be thankful 等高级词汇替换。

3. 句式运用上比较单一。

以简单句和并列句为主,缺乏变化,不会灵活应用复合句和非谓语动词等句式结构。

如第①句主句部分是一个并列句,若将第二个分句改为现在分词作状语looking puzzled.,则读上来更加朗朗上口。

也可将全句改为be doing … when 的句式,来突出表意功能。

第③句中的直接引语宜改为间接引语,可增强语言表达的连贯性和一致性。

第⑨句使用时间状语从句,与第⑧句有重复之嫌,可将其改为非谓语动词作状语(seeing them on the bus),凸显句式多变
