“人本主义”：不论是形成性评定还是终止 性评定，都应重视“人本”方法，即，学生 是参加主体，评定和测试都应以学生需要和 实际情况为出发点和落脚点。
整体设计：各种评定和测试伎俩应从整体考 虑，纳入教学整体安排中，评定过程要连续 一致，在时间上、参加者上保持统一。
动态平衡：两种评定方式详细形式和百分比 要依据学生实际和教学实际及时调整，动态 改变。
