学习形式应该可以有所改善,专门刻意的去记单词真的很没意思。

我想,如果把两本书整合为一本书,并且不给中文翻译。

每一次上课,就找学生翻译每一句,翻译后,老师再给我们对答案,虽然进度慢,但是记忆深刻,可以自主学习,也会从中感受专业英语的独特之处。

并且,如果配备对应的音频会更好,因为很多单词老师也是没有办法全部读准的。

对设备及工艺的讲授,可以配备彩图,这样便于记忆,对彩图的解释全部用英语。

彩图的结构做得像思维导图一样。

这样大家一看就会有很深刻的印象。

我们这个专业非常专一。

通过对专业的了解,虽然我们专业就业形式不错,但是都是很一般的工作。

很少是从事创新型的。

这么多年了,我们国家依旧没有绝对属于自己的小麦清理及制粉设备。

现在厂里的一些设备完全可以进博物馆的。

比如说单单一个磨粉机,它的大小和参数都是照搬国外的,国内几乎没有人愿意投资研发真正适合我国食品加工的磨粉机。

提高生产率和质量,减少浪费和高成本,是对消费者负责,是一切的根本。

现在,我们需要着手研发和设计中国自己的磨粉机、高方筛、清分机等制粉设备,而不是去在这些老设备的基础上去改东改西,这样浪费时间和精力。

我们学习这个专业,绝不是仅仅停留在维修设备的基础上。

创新自己的东西,我们首先要了解别人的东西。

现在英语又是很普及的国际语言,在粮食机械方面确实是西方人占着领先地位,我们需要学好专业英语,然后去了解别人的东西。

取长补短,我相信,我们一定会成功。

制粉的基本原理:
小麦制粉是利用研磨、筛理、清粉、打麸等设备,将净麦的皮层与胚乳最大限度的分离,并把胚乳磨细成粉,得到不同等级和用途的成品面粉。

小麦制粉的基本原理是利用小麦各组成部分的特性差异,特别是皮层与胚乳的强度差别,采用研磨、筛分的方法,将胚乳磨细并实现与皮层分离。

小麦制粉过程具有以下基本规律:一、小麦经每次研磨筛分后,除得到部分面粉外,还得到品质和粒度不同的在制品。

二、经每次研磨后,皮层的平均粒度大于胚乳的平均粒度,因此,筛分后得到的各种在制品,粒度小的品质好,粒度大的品质差。

三、各种在制品按品质和粒度不同分别研磨,有利于提高研磨效果和面粉质量。

四、同一种物料,强烈研磨比缓和研磨得到的面粉品质差。

五、不同部位提取的面粉品质不同,且一般前路粉好于后路粉,心磨粉好于皮磨。

六、净麦水分在一定范围内变化时,面粉和心磨物料的质量随水分的增高而变好,麸皮的粒度随水分的增高而变大。

制粉过程:
研磨,将谷粒或其碎粒研磨,并将谷粒中构成不同的部分分离开来。

筛理,将粒度不同的颗粒混合物分成粒度范围更小的几组物料。

各个筛理过程的名称有:粗筛,从皮磨磨下物的剩余物中筛出皮磨物料。

粉筛,从粗粒中筛理出面粉。

分级筛,将粗粒、细粒、粗筛的混合物按限定的粒度范围进行分级。

清粉,根据物料悬浮速度的差异,用气流将麦皮、胚乳颗粒的混合物分离开来。

皮磨系统:是粉路中最基本的研磨系统,它处理整粒小麦和麸片。

从1皮磨开始将小麦剥开,并刮下胚乳,其他各道皮磨则逐步将麸片上的胚乳刮净,刮下的胚乳和带皮胚乳,由于所受研磨压力的不同,分别成为麦渣、麦心、粗粉和面粉。

渣磨系统,渣磨系统专门处理从皮磨系统、清粉系统分离出来的麦渣。

它的任务是通过较轻的研磨,将不宜在皮磨或心磨处理的麦渣上的麦皮剥去,提取纯净的胚乳颗粒,送往心磨处理,以提高面粉质量。

心磨系统,作用是将皮磨系统、清粉系统、渣磨系统得到的不同粒度的胚乳逐道磨细成粉,使其粗细度达到规定的要求,同时,尽可能轻微地研磨麸屑和麦胚,并经筛理后把它们与面粉分离。

心磨系统是取粉的主要部位。

粉碎的工作原理。

两辊速度差进行剪切和两辊间的挤压作用,辊式磨粉机主要由磨辊、喂料机构、离合轧与轧距调节机构、传动、辊面清理与磨膛吸风,自动控制系统等部分组成。

磨辊是磨粉机的主要工作构件,辊面工作线速度也较高,(快辊表面线速度可达7米/秒一上),且快慢辊表面有2~5米/秒的速度差,因此,要求制造磨辊的材料要具有一定的硬度、韧性和耐磨性。

喂料机构是辊式磨粉机的主要结构之一,喂料质量的高低直接影响到磨粉机的机械和工艺性能。

离合轧与轧距调节机构是保证磨粉机正常安全运行和控制研磨效果的工作机构。

磨粉机的动力输入,一般采用每对磨辊独立用一台电机,通过三角带一级减速直接拖动快辊。

磨辊工作时,表面会粘附一些粉质物料,入磨物料水分越高、轧距越小粘附情况就越严重。

特别对挤压、研磨作用强,剪切作用差的光辊更是如此。

为了保证磨粉机的机械和工艺性能,应使用清理装置来保证磨辊表面的正常工作状态。

辊式磨粉机自动控制系统的主要作用和要求有:能灵敏可靠地传递进料筒中入磨物料的料位信息,能根据料位信息控制离合轧机构和喂料机构按“先喂料后合轧,先离轧后断料”的程序动作;能根据料位信息控制喂料机构使喂料量自动跟踪料位变化。

清粉机工作原理
它是利用气流和筛理的联合作用对进机物料进行分级和精选。

工作时,进机物料通过喂料装置被均匀地分散到整个筛面宽度上,借助筛体的往复运动和自下而上空气流的作用,物流产生自动分级,也就是按粒度和比重不同分层,形成不同的物料层。

比重较轻的麸屑等被气流吸起并经吸风室和风道带出机外,一部分带麸皮的粗颗粒成为筛上物,由筛体尾部的各层出料口排出。

比重较大的纯胚乳粒和麦渣则依次穿过筛绢孔成为筛下物,根据物料的品质情况及工艺的需要由集料槽收集起来,送往不同的系统处理。

我自己非常喜欢英语,也有一定的基础。

我觉得专业英语的学习也给我以后的职业发展提供了一个思考的方向。

不仅仅是做一个专业英语的翻译。

在充分学习专业知识后,我还可以考虑从事同国外专家的沟通和交流工作上,我会有更开阔的视野。
