My Expectation of College
Last month, I stepped into the campus as a freshman. There are so many things I would like to try, and also a lot to learn. My expectation for myself or the college is not so difficult, I just truly hope that I can do the best to complete the missions I have set for myself. Here are my goals in the next four years below:
1.find my own interest and stick to it
2.be independent and stand on my own
3.train myself and lay the foundation for the future
4.be mature and then become a new self
As I have known, there is more free time in college. Therefore, I prepared to set up a goal to fight, make it lead a meaningful and fulfilled life. Since I was young, I have always imagined being into the Student Union. However, things don’t always go in the track you want them to go. I signed up with a passion, but sadly failed. I have regrets for not being better, but I know that I won’t get a second chance no matter what. So, I tidied up myself and got ready for the next challenge.
Fortunately, I met a few fantastic people. They have exerted enormous influence on my life. People all said that college is the place for you to meet people who can help you a lot in the future. I am not sure if that is right or not. I just feel lucky to meet them in the first place. Anyone who can have them afterwards is blessed.
To make a long story short, I want to change, try a lot of new things. But in the meantime, I want to strengthen my conviction and preserving my identity. I don’t want to be lost. All in all, I will be prudent and sensible enough to choose what to do. Although I don’t have any experience, I won’t fail.
In the end, I want to speak to my future self and say : try the best. Also, don’t let me down.。
