网织红细胞参数在恶性肿瘤化疗前后的变化及临床意义

【摘要】Objective To investigate the variation and clinical significance of reticulocyte parameters before and after the chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods 36 patients,admitted to our hospital from January to December,2013,needing chemotherapy,were selected as study objects.Sysmex XT4000i automated hematology analyzer was used to observe the change of reticulocyte parameters before and after the chemotherapy.Results The WBC values were significantly lower on day 7 after the chemotherapy and decreased to a minimum on day 14,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The WBC values bcgan to rise on day 21.The reticulocyte parameters and immature reticulocyte index decreased to a minimum on day 7,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The reticulocyte parameters and immature reticulocyte index began to rise on day 14,and recovered to the levcl before chemotherapy on day
21.Conclusions Reticulocyte parameters is a sensitive indicator for evaluating the inhibition of bone marrow function before and after the chemotherapy and is worth being clinically generalized.%目的探讨网织红细胞参数在恶性肿瘤化疗前后的变化及临床意义.方法选择我院2013年1月至12月收治的36例需行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,使用Sysmex XT-4000i全自
动血液分析仪对比观察其化疗前后网织红细胞参数的变化情况,分析其临床意义.结果患者在化疗后第7天时白细胞值(WBC)显著降低,到第14天时降到最低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),到第21天时,WBC开始回升;而网织红细胞百分数(RET％)以及未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)在化疗后第7天时降到最低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),在第14天时开始回升,到第21天时基本恢复到化疗前水平.结论网织红细胞参数是一个较为敏感的指标,可用来评价恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后骨髓造血功能的抑制情况,值得临床推广.
