【摘要】As a country consuming large amount of energy,China has many problems in energy consumption struc-ture,like over high proportion of coal consumption,high industrial energy consumption,lagging technology and great regional difference in energy efficiency.From such aspects as energy consumption,per unit GDP energy consump-tion,energy consumption structure,unit production emission and unit energy consumption in major high energy in-dustries,China's energy efficiency was investigated and compared with that of the main countries in the world.The technology,policy,energy consumption structure and marketization degree are considered as the major factors influ-encing the energy efficiency.Measures should be taken by considering these factors to enhance the energy efficien-cy,regulate the imbalance between supply and demand,and alleviate the pressure of emission reduction.%作为能源消费大国，我国的能源消费结构中存在煤炭消费比例过大，工业能耗高，技术水平落后，能源效率国内地区差异较大等问题。

从能源消费量、GDP 单位能源消耗、能源消费结构、单位产出排放、主要高能源产业单位能耗等方面，对我国的能源效率进行了实证分析，并与世界主要国家的能源效率进行了比较，认为技术因素、政策
制度、能源消费结构和市场化水平是影响能源效率的主要因素，应从上述影响因素着手不断提高能源效率，以缓解我国能源供需矛盾，减轻节能减排压力。
