临床护理路径在初治肺结核患者中的应用效果分析

【摘要】Objective To investigate clinical curative effect on clinical nursing pathway in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of one hundred and fifty -eight patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in the department of respiratory Medicine in our hospital from June 2010 to July 2013 ,then they were divided into Observe group (cases=83) and Compare group(cases=75) according to providing clinical nursing pathway without Pa-tients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Compare group were given the nursing measures under the guidance of traditional nursing mode , patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Observe group were given the nursing measures under the guidance of the clinical nursing pathway .Length of stay , hospitalization expense , the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis , the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients′satisfaction rate for basic care were evaluated .Results Hospitalization ex-pense, the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis in Observe group were lower than that in Compare group ( P <0.05 ) ,the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis , the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients′satisfaction rate for basic care in Observe group were higher than that in Compare group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The clinical
nursing pathway can effectively reduce the length of time and reduce the hospitalization expense , at the same time , it can improve the nursing service quality .%目的：探讨临床护理路径在初治肺结核患者中的应用效果。

方法根据有无开展临床护理路径，将2010年6月～2013年7月在我院呼吸内科住院治疗的158例初治肺结核患者，分为观察组和对照组。

观察组患者83例，对照组患者75例，比较两组患者住院天数、住院费用、肺结核相关知识掌握程度、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务满意度。

结果观察组患者住院时间和住院费用均明显低/少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），观察组患者肺结核相关知识掌握程度、患者基础护理合格率和对护理人员护理服务满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。

结论初治肺结核患者开展临床护理路径管理，能够有效降低住院时间和减少住院费用，提升护理服务质量。
