原发性精囊腺癌的诊治研究进展

【摘要】Primary seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma (PSVA)is a very rare male reproductive system of malignant tumors,less than 100 cases reported at home and abroad.Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms,most cases with PSVA are diagnosed at advanced stages,Differential diagnosis of PSVA from prostate cancer,colon cancer,and bladder cancer is necessary but difficult because of the special anatomical location of the seminal vesicle.Radical resection is the main means of the initial treatment,while endocrine therapy,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are also gradually applied to the treatment of the disease.The prognosis of PSVA is
poor,according to the literature,the mean survival is two years after the diagnosis.This article reviews recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of primary seminal vesicular adenocarcinoma.%原发性精囊腺癌是一种十分罕见的男性生殖系统的恶性肿瘤,国内外报道不足百例.由于缺乏特异性的临床症状,患者诊断发现时常常已处于晚期.同时由于精囊特殊的解剖位置,使其与前列腺癌、结肠癌和膀胱癌的鉴别也具有一定的难度.根治性切除术是目前初步治疗的主要手段,同时内分泌治疗、放疗和化疗也被逐渐应用于治疗本病.文章对近年来有关原发性精囊腺癌的诊治进展进行综述.
