摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: supply of microorganisms in an amount and condition enabling the microorganisms to effectively decompose odor components to a biological deodorization equipment, results in the effective deodorization operation thereof since the biological deodorization equipment utilizes the fact that microorganisms consumes odor components to perform physical activity, however amount of produced odor gas greatly changes during composting of a compost raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for leveling odor quantity by which flowing out amount of odor components in the odor gas emitted per unit time is levelled by bringing flowing-in odor gas into contact with water. By this method, predetermined amount of odor components can be supplied to the microorganisms even when supply of the odor components from an odor source is unstable.
