邀请交换生参加活动英语作文的邀请函Dear Exchange Students,
Hi there! My name is Emma, and I'm a 4th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. I'm so excited to invite all of you to our upcoming International Culture Fair! It's going to be an amazing event where we get to learn about different countries and cultures from around the world, and you exchange students are the stars of the show!
Let me tell you a bit about what we have planned for the fair. First of all, we're going to have a huge parade where each country will have its own section. We're asking all of you exchange students to dress up in traditional clothes from your home countries and maybe even carry flags or other items that represent your culture. It's going to be so cool to see all the bright colors and unique outfits!
After the parade, we'll have a big stage set up in the school gym, and each country will get a chance to perform. You could sing a traditional song, do a dance, play some music, or even put on a short play! My friends and I have been practicing our dance moves for weeks, and we can't wait to see what you've got planned.
But that's not all! There will also be a whole bunch of booths set up around the gym, and each country will have their own booth to decorate however you want. You can display art, crafts, photos, maps, and anything else that shows off your culture. And the best part? You get to bring in traditional foods from your home countries for everyone to try! I'm already drooling just thinking about all the delicious new flavors I'll get to taste.
Of course, we'll also have some fun games and activities scattered around, like a world trivia contest, a scavenger hunt, and even a talent show. Who knows, maybe one of you exchange students will be the next big star!
I can't forget to mention the best part of the whole fair –making new friends! I'm so excited to meet all of you and learn about where you're from. My friends and I have been studying up on different countries, but nothing beats hearing firsthand from someone who actually grew up there.
This International Culture Fair is going to be the highlight of the year, and it just wouldn't be the same without you exchange students. We're counting on you to bring your cultures to life and show us what makes your home countries so special.

need your help to make it truly international. Just let your host families or teachers know that you're interested in participating, and we'll get you all signed up.
I can't wait to see you all there, dressed in your traditional outfits, ready to share your amazing cultures with us. It's going to be a day filled with music, dance, food, and most importantly, friendship and understanding between all of us from different parts of the world.
