腹腔镜下胃癌根治术的病例分析

【摘要】目的：对腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗效果进行研究分析。

方法80例胃癌患者，依据所接受不同治疗手段划分成研究组和对照组，各40例。

对照组采取常规开腹胃癌根治术，研究组采取腹腔镜下胃癌根治术，观察对比两组治疗效果。

结果研究组术中出血量(151.3±15.2)ml、术后排气时间(2.1±0.3)d、住院时间
(10.4±2.3)d与对照组的(249.3±61.3)ml、(4.7±1.2)d、(15.7±4.5)d比较明显更低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫数、死亡率、术后并发症发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

结论腹腔镜下胃癌根治
术应用于治疗胃癌效果满意，具备临床推广价值。

%ObjectiveTo research and analyze curative effect by laparoscopic radical operation for stomach cancer.MethodsA total of 80 patients with stomach cancer were divided by different treatment measures into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional laparotomy radical operation for stomach cancer, while the research group received laparoscopic radical operation for stomach cancer instead. (151.3±15.2) ml, postoperative exhaust time as (2.1±0.3) d, and hospital stay time as (10.4±2.3) d, which were all obviously lower than
(249.3±61.3)ml, (4.7±1.2) d and (15.7±4.5) d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of operation time, lymph node dissection amount, mortality rate and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionImplement oflaparoscopic radical operation for stomach cancer shows satisfactory effect in treating stomach cancer, and it contains value of clinical promotion.
