Nickel Iron Contract Template
This contract agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Party A], a company incorporated under the laws of [Country A], with its registered office at [Address A], and [Party B], a company incorporated under the laws of [Country B], with its registered office at [Address B]. Nickel Iron Contract

3. Delivery and Shipment:
3.1 The nickel iron shall be delivered by the Seller to the Buyer at the destination specified in Exhibit D attached hereto.
3.2 The parties shall cooperate and make all necessary arrangements to ensure timely shipment and delivery of the nickel iron.
4. Quality Control & Inspection:
4.1 The quality of the nickel iron shall be determined in accordance with the generally accepted international standards specified in Exhibit E attached hereto.
4.2 The Buyer or its appointed representative shall have the right to inspect and test the nickel iron prior to shipment to verify compliance with the agreed specifications.
5. Force Majeure:
5.1 In the event that either Party is unable to perform its obligations under this Contract due to force majeure events, such
Party shall be excused from such performance without liability.
5.2 The Party affected by a force majeure event shall promptly notify the other Party about the occurrence of such event and the estimated duration of the delay.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
6.1 This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved amicably through negotiations, and if not settled, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
