①As the world is becoming a global village, English is getting more and more important, so ②mastering English means we can see the world through a new window.

建议信是向收信人对某事提出建议和忠告的一类书信。

建议信有可能写给个人，就遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点；也可能写给某个组织和机构，就改进其服务等提出建议或忠告。

建议信要写出写信的原因，建议的内容，提出建议的理由。

提出的理由要合情合理，语气一定要得当，既要委婉礼貌，又要有说服力。

此类信件的写作需遵循以下步骤和原则：
1．首段：陈述事由，表明写作意图，要注意语气。

2．主体段落：应该首先肯定对方的优点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。

千万注意不要让别人以为你是在投诉，而不是提建议。

3．结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，要注意使读者容易接受。

[亮点分析]
亮点一：本文是表达个人观点的建议信，首段引入话题，直接命中要点。

文章收尾时发表个人观点，简明扼要。

亮点二：文中使用了多个复杂句式，显示了作者扎实的英语基础，是文章的增分亮点。

如：①as引导的时间状语从句，②表语从句，⑤宾语从句。

亮点三：文章中使用了一些非谓语动词。

如：②动名词短语作主语，④it作形式宾语，不定式作真正的宾语，⑥不定式作表语等。
