Self-Evaluation of Mental Health.
As I reflect on my mental health, I recognize that it is a crucial aspect of my overall well-being. I understand that mental health involves not just the absence of mental illness but also the presence of positive psychological well-being. This self-evaluation aims to assess my current mental state, identify areas of strength and weakness, and outline strategies for improvement.
Strengths.
