临床护理路径在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用

【摘要】目的探讨临床护理路径在股骨颈骨折住院患者治疗护理中的应用效果.方法把176例股骨颈骨折住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,实验组患者入院后按照临床护理路径进行护理,两组患者出院前采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、满意度调查表进行调查.结果实验组在恐惧、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁方面评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(98.7％
vs 87.25％),平均住院日显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论实施临床护理路径能降低股骨颈骨折住院患者不良心理反应,提高护理质量及满意度,缩短平均住院日,降低治疗费用.%Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway on the nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The conventional way of nursing was applied to the control group,while the clinical nursing pathway was applied to the experimental group.Effects of nursing were evaluated by the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and satisfaction questionnaire.Results Scores on fear,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and depression for the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜
0.05).Compared with that of control group,the satisfaction for the nursing work in the experimental group was obviously enhanced (98.7％ vs 87.25％)
while the average hospitalization day was significantly reduced (P ＜
0.01).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can decrease the bad psychological reaction,enhance the nursing quality and satisfaction,shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the treatment cost.
