创新型产业集群技术扩散和知识流动均衡模型研究

【摘要】产业集群已经成为区域经济的重要组成部分，在未来全球产业价值链中
的地位十分关键。

创新型产业集群是随着国内外产业集群理论研究的不断深化而提出来的区别于传统的技术低端的集群。

由于创新型产业集群的核心是技术创新扩散和知识流动，所以提出了创新型产业集群内的技术创新扩散和知识流动的均衡模型，通过确定技术创新和知识流动的交易费用，基于此提出了技术创新扩散和知识流动的测量模型，并利用运筹学理论中的图与有向网络的理论提出了技术创新和知识流动的均衡模型。

%Industrial clusters have become the important component of regional economies. Therefore, the industrial clusters wiU he essential in value chains in future whole world industry. Innovative industrial clusters are different from traditional industrial clusters according to the development of industrial clusters theory. Because the key characteristic of innovative industrial clusters is innovation diffusion and knowledge flow, this paper proposes a balance model of innovation diffusion and knowledge flow in innovative industrial clusters, defines the transaction fee of innovation diffu- sion and knowledge flow, and then proposes measure model of innovation diffusion and knowledge flow, at last proposes a balance model of innova- tion diffusion and knowledge flow based on
graph and directed network in operation research. This paper may have a little value on operation and de- velopment of industrial clusters.
