快速成型技术在口腔修复中的临床治疗有效性分析

【摘要】目的：探析口腔修复中运用快速成型技术治疗的临床效果。

方法选择我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的102例行口腔修复治疗患者为研究对象，运用数字随机表法将其分为两组，其中给予对照组常规口腔修复，而观察组则运用快速成型技术，对两组修复治疗后的效果进行对比分析。

结果两组均顺利完成治疗，相比较对照组而言，观察组的修复满意度较高，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同时，与对照组比较，观察组的不良反应发生率较低，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论临床上将快速成型技术运用在口腔修复中，不仅可以获得较好的修复效果，还能提高患者的满意度，使患者的口腔健康状况得到改善，是比较有效的一种方法。

%ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effects of rapid prototyping technology in the prosthodontics.Methods 102 cases of prosthodontics patients in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with randomly number method, in which the control group were given conventional prothodontics, and the observation groups were given rapid prototyping technology. The treatment effects of thee two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Both the two groups were successfully completed the treatment, the compared with the control group, the repair satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than
in the control group, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05), moreover, the adverse reaction incidence in the observation group was lower, with significantly difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rapid prototyping technology in the prosthodontics can not only obtain good repair effects, but also can improve the satisfaction degree, improve the patients’ oral health, is an effective method.
