But instead of getting frustrated, the waiter patiently helped me navigate the menu and even taught me a few phrases in Chinese. It was a humbling experience, but it also showed me the warmth and hospitality of the Chinese people.
One of the things that struck me the most about China was the incredible diversity within the country. From the modern skyscrapers of Shanghai to the ancient temples of
Beijing, each city had its own unique charm and history. I was amazed by the rich tapestry of traditions and customs that I encountered, from the colorful festivals to the intricate art forms.
