【摘要】目的通过分析仙龙解毒饮加减治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床资料,为其临床应用提供依据.方法将98例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(54例)和对照组(44例).对照组仅给予常规治疗,观察组给予仙龙解毒饮加减联合常规治疗,比较两组患者生存期变化和预后相关因素.结果观察组中位生存期为10.24个月,对照组中位生存期为6.98个月.COX回归模型多因素分析显示肿瘤分期及仙龙解毒饮加减治疗是影响中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者预后的独立因素(P＜0.05);而性别、年龄不是影响预后的独立因素(P＞0.05).结论仙龙解毒饮加减治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌能有效延长患者生存期,改善预后.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xianlong Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods A total of 98 patients with advanced NSCLC were divided into observation group (54 patients)and control group (44 patients) using a random number table.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and those in the observation group were given modified Xianlong Jiedu Decoction combined with conventional treatment.The change in survival time and prognostic factors were compared between the two groups.Results The median survival time was 10.24 months in the observation group and 6.98 months in the control
group.The multivariate analysis by the Cox regression model showed that tumor stage and treatment with modified Xianlong Jiedu Decoction were independent factors for the prognosis of patients with advanced NSCLC (P ＜0.05),while sex and age were not independent factors for prognosis(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment with modified Xianlong Jiedu Decoction can effectively prolong patients' survival time and improve their prognosis.【总页数】4页(P11-14)
