Name
Address
Phone No. Home
Cell phone No.
Email Add
二、接着,要写objective(求职意向)。

OBJECTIVE:
A sales management or business development position where my strategic and consultative selling, cross-cultural relationship building, team facilitation, business management, organizational insight, and advanced technical skills will be continually challenged. I aspire to senior management responsibility and seek a pany that embraces growth and change, where pensation is performance-based and increased levels of responsibility offered those with demonstrated potential.

2005 - Present pany
Sales Executive - Financial Services
Just started an exciting new position selling data integration solutions to the insurance and financial services vertical for Pervasive. Will try to update soon.

五、再接着要写education(教育背景)。

A dynamic, articulate, talented leader, manager and sales professional who inspires confidence and respect, grasps ideas and concepts quickly, is adept at organizing plex projects, recognizes or creates solutions to problems, believes in setting and achieving goals, and possesses the integrity and mitment to high quality performance that produces outstanding results of lasting value.

L: We found your proposal quite interesting, Mr. Hughes. We'd like to weigh the pros and cons (衡量得失) with you.
K: Mr. Lucky, we've looked all over Asia for a manufacturer; your pany is one of the most suitable.
L: If we can settle a number of basic questions, I'm confident in saying that we are the most suitable for your needs.
K: I hope so. And what might be the basic questions you have?
L: First, do you intend to take a position in (投资于……) our pany?
K: No, we don't, Mr. Lucky. This is just OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing,贴牌生产). L: I see. Then, the most important thing is the size of your orders. We'll have to invest a great deal of money in the new production process.
K: If you can guarantee continuing quality, we can sign a mitment for 75,000 pieces a year, for five years.
L: At US $1000 a piece, we'll make an average return of just 4%. That's too great a financial burden for us.
K: I'll check the number later, but what do you propose?
L: Here's how you can demonstrate mitment to this deal. Make it ten years, increase the unit price, and provide technology transfer

Elements related to Style
1) Sell the idea
You must keep in mind that you are selling something to your audience, whether it be a product, a project, an idea, a strategy, concept or anything else. The primary goal of your presentation must be to convince the audience that they should "buy".
2) Tell a pelling story
Your presentation of the idea and its ramifications (结果) must be so thorough, attractive and convincing that the audience is eager to buy into what you're selling. Basically, you're capturing their imagination.
3) Be concise
State your ideas, goals, and benefits received in a crisp (简洁的), brief and meaningful manner. 4) Support your idea and story
Using relevant facts and figures that drive home the key message that you are trying to get across to your audience.

Elements related to Content
1) Key objectives
State the purpose, scope and objectives of the presentation in a clear, concise manner. This can include both qualitative and quantitative elements.
2) Plan
Tell the story on how to achieve your objectives (i.e. what activities or tasks need to be done). This is where you identify and describe your strategy (i.e. What, When, Where, How).
4) Supporting evidence
Support the main body with relevant business charts to illustrate and highlight key figures. Use relevant facts to support your story.
5) Call to action
Creating a sense of urgency for the approval of what you're presenting ASAP, and instilling a sense of loss if your idea does not proceed beyond this point.

1. He is gone for the day.

He/She is not at his/her seat right now.

He is not here, but he is around.

He is not available right now, but he will be back in a few minutes.

)

He is gone for the day.

2. May I jump in for two pages?

May I jump in for two pages?

1. I want to ask you a question regarding my salary.

I want to ask you a question.

I want to ask you a question about my salary. 或是I want to ask you a question regarding my salary.

Yes, I want to ask you a question about/regarding...
I'm calling regarding a new product I found in your catalog.

I'm calling about a job opening in your pany.

2. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Please let me know if you have any questions. 或是Please feel free to call me if you have other questions.

—I will arrange everything.

—No interruptions during the meeting!

—We have a pamphlet in English.

We have a pamphlet in English.(我们有英文的小册子。

)或Please take this as a sample(请将这个拿去当样品。

—Please tell me about it.

你的一句“Please tell me about it”(请告诉我这件事的情况。

)或“Im sorry for my error and assure you I will take great care in performing the work”(我为我的错误感到抱歉,并向您保证,我会尽全力处理此事。

—Is this what we decided?

一旦发现疑点,应立刻询问对方“Is this what we decided? 合约内容真的错得离谱,就应告诉对方“I'll have to return this contract to you unsigned.(我得将这份合约退还给你,不能签名。

—Would you mind repeating it?

Would you mind repeating it?(您介意再讲一遍吗?),相信对方不但会再说一遍,而且连速度都会放慢些。

I’m impressed with your background. You’re hired.

You can begin employment next Monday.

We’re very happy to have you. Wele aboard

You have the job. Wele to ABC Incorporated.

When can you start/begin﹖
Your medical test is scheduled for next Wednesday at 10:00 at the clinic on the 2nd floor.

You can breathe a sigh of relief.Your drug test came back negative.

You will undergo an orientation process on your first day.

Offer

Pat began his job search two months ago with minimum responses. He had interviews -- even second and third interviews -- but no offers. Then, all of a sudden, within one week, two panies called and made good offers. Pat was taken by surprise and caught off guard.
How does he go about choosing the right one? He needs to get back to work and start paying off some bills, but he is anxious about the state of the economy. Which of these panies is going to survive? He's done his research and knows the backgrounds of the panies, but there is something missing -- something he needs to do before he makes his decision.
Assess Your Wants and Needs
Pat seeks advice from a friend in the recruiting business. Together they lay out a strategy to evaluate the offers. They put together a spreadsheet with the pany names across the top. Down the left side of the page they list Pat's values and needs. Under each pany's name they assign a score from one to 10 for each of the following: Security 安全性: Pat has been laid off twice in the past five years and is looking for a home with a solid pany.
Balance 平衡性: One of Pat's top personal values is his family. In his last job he worked more than 60 hours each week. He is not eager to get back into that work frenzy again.
Pat wants to feel his work means something and that he's contributing and making a difference.
This goes hand-in-hand with balance. If he has to spend three to four hours a day muting (经常乘车来往) , it will mean time spent away from his family. Telemuting a couple of days a week may be a possibility.
Important, but not as important as the other values. He wants to be paid what he is worth, but would be willing to negotiate to get some of his other needs met.
After totaling the columns they pare total scores. The totals reveal that although one of the panies offers more money, the risks are higher and the time away from his family will not be worth the extra dollars. Pat can see how his priorities will affect his decision and feels more confident having a tool to work with to make the best decision for him and his family.
There are always variables that cannot be predicted when accepting an offer, but using an analytical approach can make the decision more objective. Making a bad
decision can result in your being miserable and feeling unfulfilled, but unable to leave because you have only been in the job for a few months. It's always best to evaluate any offer, but if there is more than one offer to choose from -- it is essential.

Case One
Interviewer: You are a director of our pany and you are in charge of a project. There are six people in the project team. Due to different opinions, the team is split into two parts at a meeting and they are debating ferociously. At this time, as a leader, what will you do to coordinate the two parts? If the two parts disagree, what will you do then?

Applicant: First, I will listen to both sides carefully, and make my own judgment. If I prefer one side, I will give facts and data to persuade the other side. If my opinion is between the two sides, I will also give facts and data to prove my opinion right. It is better that the two sides will agree on it. If not, I will stick to my opinion and allow the colleagues who keep reserved opinions to give more data and municate with me. In short, my principle is that everything should be based on data and facts. Every colleague has the right to express his opinion. I will try my best to make all people agree on one thing. If I fail, I will make my decision, as a leader.

Case Two
Interviewer: You are now a team member and if your leader has made a decision but you don't quite agree with this decision and other members don't express any special opinions, what will you do?
Applicant: If my leader has made a decision, but I myself don't quite agree with this decision and other members don't express any special opinion, I will still express my opinion. If the leader doesn't agree with me, I will make my own judgment.
If this decision isn't very important, then as a team member, I will act according to what the leader has decided. If this is a key decision, I will gather related information to support my view and try to persuade my leader.

1. How much are you looking for?
对策:Answer with a question, e.g., "What is the salary range for similar jobs in your pany?" If the interviewer doesn't answer, then give a range of what you understand you are worth in the marketplace.
2. How much do you expect, if we offer this position to you?
对此:Be careful; the market value of the job may be the key answer, e.g., "My understanding is that a job like the one you're describing may be in the range of ______."
3. What kind of salary are you worth?
对策:Have a specific figure in mind... don't be hesitant.

Let's say you're all set for your big interview-the one you're confident will change your career. You know you can wow the person across the desk with your acplishments. Or you're ready to give the presentation that reflects months of hard work and success. But before you even open your mouth, the rest of your body has already spoken volumes.
