摘要：An open/close device (52, 54) opens and closes an open/close lid (10) that closes the open portion of a box (2) for storing an untreated object (W) and is locked by a lock mechanism (12). A key member (26), rotatably and slidably mounted to a base mount (90), is rotated by a key member rotating mechanism (94) and moved perpendicularly to the base mount (90) by a key member rotating mechanism moving means (96). Part of the open/close lid (10) is held between the key member (26) and an elastic member (98) provided in front of the base mount. Whereby, a comparatively simple structure can prevent the positional deviation of the open/close lid (10) from the base mount (90) when the open/close lid (10) is removed from the box (2).
