【摘要】目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者行自我健康护理教育对改善COPD患者生活质量、吸烟情况和对COPD知识掌握情况的作用.方法将我院52例COPD患者随机分为实验组和对照组.两组均给予常规护理,除此之外,干预组患者由COPD专业护理护士进行额外两次随诊.随诊的目的是提高患者的自我护理保健能力和慢性阻塞性肺病知识.两实验组均在其第一次和最后一次门诊随诊时回答两个问卷.结果对COPD患者行COPD知识教育后,干预组的生活质量明显提高(P < 0.05),停止了吸烟(P < 0.05),对COPD知识有了更好的掌握(P < 0.05).结论基础护理并不能影响患者的生活质量和吸烟习惯,在基础护理上对COPD患者行自我健康护理教育,可以改善患者的生活方式.%Objective To investigate the effect of self-health nursing education on improving the life quality,smoking situation and mastery of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) knowledge of patients with COPD. Methods Fifty-two patients with COPD were randomly divided into the experimental groups and the control group. Both groups were given conventional nursing and the interventional group was additionally followed up twice by professional COPD nurses. The aim of follow-up was to improve the patient's self-nursing care ability and knowledge of COPD. Both experimental groups
filled out two questionnaires at their first and last outpatient follow-up. Results After the COPD knowledge education for patients with COPD,the interventional group improved significantly in the life quality (P <
0.05),quit smoking (P < 0.05) and mastered COPD knowledge better (P < 0.05). Conclusion Basic nursing does not influence the patient's quality of life and smoking habits. Implementing self-health nursing education among patients with COPD on the basis of basic nursing can improve the patient's lifestyle.
