The Third Construction Company possesses a series of government-registered or issued qualification certificates, which include: Class A General Contractor of Municipal Works and Highway Projects; Class A Special Contractor of bridge, tunnel, roadbed and road surface works; Class A qualification of highway maintenance type Ⅰand type Ⅱworks. Its registered capital is 100 million RMB Yuan.
The company is formerly known as the Eighth Division of the Railway Corps, and has developed from the Third Construction Division of the Fourth Engineering Group of the Ministry of Railways, The Third Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group to The Third Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway Tenth Group Co.,Ltd, with its head office relocated from Shimen, Hunan Province to Huainan and finally to Hefei, Anhui Province. Among the corporation’s 2600 staff members, it has 1378 professional technical staff and 76 ones have the National First-Class Construction Engineer Certificate. And its equipment capacity is proved by over 789 sets of advanced construction equipment and machinery with value of 360 million Yuan, totaling 61542 kW The company’s annual construction capacity reaches over 5 billion RMB Yuan. At present, the company has more than 50 projects under construction, which locate at more than 20 provinces and cities, such as railway projects of Xiangtang-Putian, Lianzhou-Chongqing, Kunming-Nanning; highways of Huangshan-Qimen, Xuancheng-Ningguo, Yangzhou-Jixi, Fuzhou-Yongtai, Xiamen-Zhangzhou, Shenyang-Haikou, Nanjing-Longhai, Changsha highway, Wuhan-Ezhou and Erenhot- Guangzhou; and municipal works of Round Lake North Road at Binhu New District, Hefei, Baohe elevated highway at Hefei, Jinyan Yellow River Bridge at Lanzhou, Mazu City at

In the field of municipal water plants, environmental protection and urban rail system, our company has participated in the construction of water and sewage treatment plants in cities of Wuxi, Kunshan, Yanzhou, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Chongqing; and has constructed urban rail works of subways in Wuchang and Shenzhen; In the field of conservancy works, our company has undertaken such projects as Hefei Dafangying reservoir and Taohuaxi diversion tunnel in Chongqing.
