电商环境下农产品物流理论架构、检验与发展策略--来自浙江

【摘要】电商环境下，农产品物流呈现出了一些新的特点。

结合电商环境下农产
品物流发展的新特点，优化农产品物流体系，寻求一种低成本、高效率、高效益的农产品物流发展模式成为当前迫切需要解决的一个重要问题。

文章通过构建电子商务环境下农产品物流理论框架，并借助浙江丽水226家企业数据对农产品物流发
展水平进行模糊综合评价发现，电商环境下农产品物流由电子商务应用、信息化管理、物流信息技术、物流功能等四个因素构面构成，是一个多维理论框架；电子信息技术契合于农产品物流的整个过程，只有各环节协调统一才能高效率地发挥作用；电子商务在对农产品物流提出变革性发展要求的同时，也为其开拓了崭新而巨大的增长空间。

电商环境下推动丽水农产品物流发展，需要从完善农产品电子供应链网络结构、加强农产品物流信息化建设、构建农产品物流可追溯管理机制、合理分离农产品物流和商流、提高农产品物流组织化与专业化水平等方面着手进行。

%In the context of e-commerce, there are some new characteristics with agricultural products logistics. So, optimizing the agricultural products logistic system and looking for the agricultural products logistic development pattern with low cost and high efficiency is the urgent problem for us now. With the help of constructing a theoretical framework of agricultural products logistics in the e-commerce environment and data
of 226 enterprises in Lishui, Zhejiang province, the authors make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the agricultural products logistics. It is found that, first, the agricultural products logistics in e-commerce environment is made of e-commerce applications, information management, logistics information technology and logistics function,and it is a multi-dimensional theoretical framework; second, electronic information technology is suitable for the whole process of agricultural products logistics and the coordination and unifying of different links can lead to high efficient result;third, e-commerce requests agricultural products logistics reform and open up a new and huge growth space for it. To promoting the logistic development of agricultural products in Lishui, we should start from such aspects as improving the e-supply-chain network structure, strengthening the construction of informationization, establishing the traceability management system, rationally separating the material flow from business flow and improving the organizational and special level of agricultural products logistics.
