摘要:A high fatigue performance/low yield ratio high-strength steel sheet excelling in flange extensibility. This steel sheet comprises, by mass, 0.03-0.20% C, 0.08-1.5% Si, 1.03.0% Mn, 0.05% or less P, 0.0005-0.02% S, 0.0005-0.01% N, 0.01% or less acid-soluble Al, 0.08%-0.2% acid-soluble Ti, 0.0005-0.04% sum of at least one element selected from among Ce and La, and the balance iron and unavoidable impurities. In the steel sheet, the numerical quantity ratio of elongated inclusions of 1 μm or greater equivalent circle diameter and 5 or greater major diameter/minor diameter ratio is 20% or less.
