individualize education to meet the needs of each student, rather than trying to force everyone into the same mold.
Moreover, the emphasis on grades and academic achievement can be damaging to students' mental health. We need to focus on the whole student, not just their academic performance. This means providing support for their emotional and social well-being as well.
In conclusion, the education system needs to change. We need to move away from standardized testing, update the curriculum, individualize education, and prioritize students' well-being. It won't be easy, but it's necessary if we want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed.。
