“小学英语学业测试与命题”课程作业(一)通过课程学习,使我对课堂教学评价有了新的认识。
测试与评价是教学工作中的一个重要环节。
对学生的学业进行测试与评价,可以获取英语教学的反馈信息,即检查自己的教学计划和教学方法是否适合学生,以便及时地总结经验,作适当调整;另一方面,对学生而言,他们非常希望得到老师和长辈们的认可、赞许,评价与测试可以督促他们复习功课,了解自己的掌握程度,了解自己的薄弱点、薄弱环节,可以促使学生在以后的时间多加重视,提醒学生改进自己的学习方法。
同时,学生从老师那里获得学习成就感,从而增加其学习英语的兴趣和自信心。
以下是我就多年来的教学点滴对测试与评价的粗浅认识:一、学业评价形式要多样化1、口试评价可以考查学生运用语言进行实际交际的能力,可看出学生语言的熟练程度。
口试的重点应落在语言的标准、语调的自然、语速的流利及语言的运用、语言的即兴反应上。
我一般是采取这样的形式口试:(1)听听做做stand up, point to…, Polly says “close your eye.”…等。
(2)说日常用语,如What’s your name? How old are you? 看图说话:如Where is the …? How many … can you see? What color is it? 等。
高年级看图作简单描述或作出评论。
根据所给题目、所给情景即兴会话,如talk about your family(适合高段,去年六年级口试时本人曾采用过,稍难,但因为平时上课就有即兴扩展性会话,学生能行)。
(3)读单词、课文、课外段落(生词注音标)(4)表演课文对话或自编对话如PEP中的story time等。
2、笔试评价。
因小学英语大纲的要求是听说领先,所以笔试的形式应以听说为主,题型要适合儿童心理,简单易懂且花样又多,如listen and match, listen and tick or cross, listen and number, listen and draw, look and match等。

一、听力测试语言是人们交流的工具,掌握它意味着可以用它获取信息和交流思想。
听力理解能力应是外语教学的重要组成部分,学生在听力上的训练不仅是单向语言技巧的提高,更是科学掌握语言的重要组成部分。
听是理解和吸收口头信息的手段。
听是感知技能,是对听觉器官的感知。
“听”在英语的“听”是输入,是人们学习、吸收语言的重要途径,没有输入就没有输出。
听不懂就模仿不了,说话时也就会张口结舌,所学的英语也是只能是“聋哑”英语。
而现存的听力测试仅适于初中、高中进行并通过单个字母、词、句、对话、文章等达到听的目的,对小学生来说,特别是一些重点城市的小学校生来说词汇对学生来说过于简单,枯燥泛味、不感兴趣,学生对句子理解能力差,无法达到听力测试所及的程度。
二、口语测试口语是测试语言交流能力的一项重要手段,它右以直接通过“说”这一语言行为为了解测试者掌握英语的情况,从而有效地考查其运用语言进行交流的能力。
在英语教学中,口语不仅是教学目的,它也是学习语音、语法、词汇、培养阅读、写作能力的重要方法。
但目前在小学根据实际情况,英语口语测试还存在一定困难。
口语测试的必要性已无庸质疑,但面对数量庞大的小学生,采取何种测试方式却是至关重要的。
目前,口试测试大致分为三大类:直接型口试、间接型口试和半直接型口试。

“小学英语学业测试与命题”课程作业
通过学习小学英语学业测试与命题,我结合自己在课堂教学上教学评价的经验,测试与评价是教学工作中的一个重要环节。
对学生的学业进行测试与评价,可以获取英语教学的反馈信息,及时调整教学设计;学生也非常希望得到老师和长辈们的认可、赞许,评价与测试可以督促他们复习功课,了解自己的掌握程度,了解自己的薄弱点、薄弱环节,改进自己的学习方法。
同时,学生从老师那里获得学习成就感,从而增加其学习英语的兴趣和自信心。
以下是我就多年来的教学点滴对测试与评价的粗浅认识:
一、学业测试与评价要目的明确,注意层次性与花样性
我们要结合所学的知识制定有目的性测试,明确我们学生哪些方面的知识点,避免问题的牵连性、模糊性。
我们在制定课堂教学测试时,要贴近所学。
如我们在学习了现在进行时的语法知识后,要进行的评价就要紧紧围绕这个知识点展开,不要扩展其他语法。
这样,一些以前学习不太好的学生,他在努力,这部分知识学好了,就能显而易见的看到自己的进步,从而坚定信心,更努力地去学习英语。
还有,我们课堂教学测试评价要注意层次性。
在进行口语评价时,我会根据学生年龄不同,知识层面不同采取不同的形式。
如:低年级可以采取听听做做stand up, point to…, Polly says “close your eye.”…等;读单词、课文;说日常用语,如What’s your name? How old are you? 看图说话:如Where is the …? How many … can you see? What color is it? 等。
高年级可以读一些课外段落(生词注音标);高年级看图作简单描述或作出评论;根据所给题目、所给情景即兴会话,如talk about your family(适合高段,去年六年级口试时本人曾采用过,稍难,但因为平时上课就有即兴扩展性会话,学生能行)。
再如笔试评价题型要适合儿童心理,简单易懂且花样又多,如listen and match, listen and tick or cross, listen and number, listen and draw, look and match等。
听力的速度不宜过快,要以培养学生良好应试心理素质为重点,逐步、逐年加速。
特别是画图题,要给学生以充分的完成时间,以免引起急躁心理,影响成绩,进而影响其学习英语的积极性;题目要清楚,特别是有图的,要一看就能看懂的那种,不时是似是而非的那种。
二、评价学生要分层,尊重学生差异
每个学生在英语学习的过程中,总会产生一些或大或小的差距。
时间越长,差距越大,慢慢地对自己失去信心,破罐子破摔,最终沦为差生。
针对这种情况,我们要让每一个学生的个性得到发展,发现其闪光点,激发学生的兴趣和积极性。
对于表现优秀的学生,我对他们的要求不是回答了一个问题的答案就奖励,而从各方面综合考虑评比。
对于平时表现差的同学,针对他的进步情况进行奖励。
如有的同学从来不回答问题,今天他在课堂上有了进步,敢回答了,这时当然要奖励他;有的同学第一次完整地读下了课文,或写对了几个单词,也要及时鼓励,
奖励他,让他们在今后的学习中有学习的积极性和再次好好表现的动力。
还有对于某些性格内向,偶而学习退步,某次测验或默写成绩不理想的同学,可采取不告诉家长,不记录成绩,鼓励他通过努力争取好成绩。
这样既保护了学生的自尊,又激发了学生的学习积极性。
三、评价学生形式要新鲜多变
在日常的英语课堂教学中,学生“感受英语、理解英语、欣赏英语、表现英语、创作英语的能力”往往通过教师体态语言的激励而发挥得更加淋漓尽致。
因此,在英语课堂教学中,除了用一些激励性的英语词汇以外,一些学生不明白的地方我常常会用一些表情、手势或是肢体语言让学生领会。
比如有学生回答不够完整,我会用亲切期待的目光注视着他,面带微笑、轻轻点头以示鼓励;如果回答错了,我也不直接说错,而是轻轻地摇头,暗示他们再做尝试,纠偏补漏。
这种做法比直接批评要委婉得多,学生也更容易认同合作。
又比如有个别学生上课不遵守纪律,我会走近那个学生,用眼神制止他,鼓励他做出我期待中的反应,而非直接批评。
可以这么说,恰当地使用体态语不仅能淋漓尽致地表达自己的思想感情,也可使听讲的学生更能心领神会。
在课堂上,我手中拿着奖励学生的小印章,只要学生举手发言,其所在的小组就能得到一个印章;在黑板上设计了小组得奖的统计表,学生每发言一次,我在黑板上画一个标志。
整堂课中,学生都保持高度的热情。
此外,我们还可以恰到好处地运用一些物质刺激,激活课堂气氛和学生的学习活力。
小学生往往喜欢一些小贴画、小制作、小玩意儿,针对这一心理特征,我利用课余时间收集了一些孩子们所喜爱的东西,如:女生喜欢的花草图画,男生喜欢的小机器人,还有小巧的贺卡等等,并趁机用学生看得懂的英语,写上一句真诚的勉励与祝愿,时刻捕捉学生在学习中的闪光点,奖励给他们。
既给学生明确的鼓励,又给学生以自信心,促使每个学生进步。
我们教师要在教学中要时刻关心学生的表现,利用好评价,鼓励他们,帮助他们建立积极的学习英语的情感态度,让他们有一种成就感,学生能愉快学习,自己能轻松教学。
我联系自己的教学实际,谈了一点肤浅的体会。
在今后的教学中,我会加倍努力!。
