写作范文The extensive use of the Internet increasingly encourages a wide range of business pursuits to be achieved in the virtual world, and it is open for me to say that online trainings and meetings have more strengths than drawbacks.
To begin with, lower costs in business interactions enable multinational enterprises to control budget. This is because food, accommodation, and transportation fees would be saved, if no people are required to travel far just for the purpose of meeting someone or participating in trainings. What’s worse, traveling for business is quite time-consuming particularly for some urgent issues.
Besides, qualified trainers and quality programs are the other cases in point. Without the limits of distances, a great variety of training resources concerning upgraded professional knowledge and updated working skills that new employees need in workplace can be accessed from the Internet.
Despite the lack of emotional exchanges through speakers’ awkward accents and facial expressions, having meets online considerably enhance working efficiency. This is be because online communication doubtlessly allows coworkers in different places to tackle problems more promptly, which is particularly true in today’s scattered job market with employees around the whole world.
To summarize, although less personal contacts between colleagues discourage them from having a sense of belonging to a community, online communication in business activities to a large extent saves time and money, launches good programs as well as improves working efficiency .
重点表达virtual world,
qualified trainers,
quality programs,
