18650的电池介绍1、用途:由于单位密度的容量很大,所以常用于大部份用于笔记本电池,除此之外,还常用于高档强光手电、随身电源(手机随身充电器)等等。
2、尺寸:18650这几个数字,代表外表尺寸:18指电池直径18.0mm 650指电池高度65.0mm。
(我们普通的5号电池[AA电池],尺寸是14500)3、种类:18650电池有锂离子电池和镍氢电池,由于镍氢的现在用得很少,所以现在说18650电池,没特别说明的,是批18650锂离子电池。
4、电压及容量规格:镍氢电池电压为1.2V常见容量为4500mAH锂离子电池电压为3.6V-3.7常见容量为1500mAH-2600mAH,现在最高容量为3000mAH。
18650锂离子电池,从重量,体积,容量上比起现在常用的5号电池都有很大的优势。
如一节2400mAH的18650电池,电压按标准3.7V计算,功率为8880mWH。
现在最好的三洋5号充电电池ENELOOP,容量2000mAH,电压为1.2V,功率为2400mWH。
可以看出,一节好的18650电池,功率容量接近是5号电池的4倍。
18650锂离子电池现在有进口的,也有国产的:进口的现在在市场能购到的有:1、日本三洋,性能公认最好的,排名第一,价格也排名第一,现在常用容量是2000-2600,价格约从25-45三洋2600mAH,现在最好的电池,太贵了三洋2400MAH三洋动力电池1500mAH2、日本索尼,也是好电池,电池一致性能极好,适合制作电池组,排名算第二吧,常用容量在2000-2600,价格也约25-40元索尼2600mAH3、日本松下,和索尼齐名吧,常用容量也是2000-2600,价格约25-40。
松下现在能购到最高容量3000的了,但价格太贵。
松下2400mAH松下3000mAH4、韩国三星,容量足,很不错的电池,很适合手电使用,常用容量在2000-2600,价格也约23-38元。
三星2600mAH5、韩国LG,都是棒子,和三星基本是一样的,很不错,常用容量在2000-2600,价格也约23-38元LG-2600mAH国产的18650电池比混乱,不好介绍,国产电池现在容量从1200-2400都有,价格也从9-20元都有。

Performance Specification4.1 Standard test condition4.1.1 Standard ChargeUnless otherwise specified, “Standard Charge” shall consist of charging at constant current of 0.5C. Thecell shall then be charged at constant voltage of 4.20V while tapering the charge current. Charging shallbe terminated when the charging current has tapered to 50mA. The cell should be inspected visually before battery assembly into the pack.-. Damaged cell should not be used. (damaged surface, can-distortion, electrolyte-smell)-. Different Lot Number cells should not be packaged into the same pack.-. Different types of cells, or same types but different cell maker’s should not be used together.5.3.2 Design of battery pack-. The battery pack should not be connected easily to any charger other than the dedicated charger.-. The battery pack has funcion not to cause external short cut easily.5.3.3 Charge-. Charging method is Constant Current-Constant Voltage (CC/CV).-. Charging should be operating under maximum charge voltage and current which is specified in the product specification. (Article. 2.4, 2.5)-. The battery should be charged under operating temperature specified in the product specification. (Article. 2.9) 5.3.4 Discharge-. Discharging method is Constant Current (CC).(In case of using the battery for mobile equipment, discharging mode could be Constant Power.)-. 5.8.2检测方法
内阻电压:打开内阻测试仪电源,设定量程:内阻在0~200m Ω,内阻保留1位小数,内阻在200m Ω以上的用2000m Ω档,将电池装入内阻测试仪夹具,读取并记录电池内阻、电压(或者用万用表测试电池电压,以确保精确度);
容量:打开分容柜,电脑分别设置充放电电流的大小、容量、电压(按按承认书要求),将电池卡入测试夹具,启动分容程序,分容完毕,电脑会记录电池容量。

4.锂离子电池基本概念 电压:电器工作时的电压3.0-4.2/2.5-4.2(单位:V),放电时,电压不停下 降,平台电压指占整个放电时间的绝大部分的那段电压,一般标称电压是 平台电压的中心电压,在此电压附近,充电和放电时电压变化都很慢。 内阻:电芯本身的电化学阻抗,包括欧姆电阻核电化学电阻,大电流放电 时,内阻对放电特性的影响尤为明显(单位:mΩ)。 容量:指在一定放电条件下,可以从电池获得的电量,即电流对时间的积 分(单位:mAh或Ah ) 。 倍率:指电芯按照标称容量的倍数放电下,其放电能力的表述。

化成目的: (1)激活正负极材料; (2)负极形成SEI膜。 成膜反应一般在:电压<1.2V 电压<2.5V,主要是H2和CO2产生,电压>3.0V,EC、EMC、DMC分 解,产生其它烷烃类气体,电芯3.0-3.5V产气最多,3.5V后SEI膜基本生 成,电压>3.8V, DMC和EMC分解产气为主。
