A homogeneous film of metal alloy is deposited on a high grade ceramic body and conditioned to achieve the desired temperature coefficient. Plated steel termination caps are firmly pressed on the metalized rods. Mostly, a special laser is used to achieve the target value by smoothly cutting a helical groove in the resistive layer without damaging the ceramics. Connecting wires of electrolytic copper plated with 100 % pure tin are welded to the termination caps. The resistor elements are covered by a light blue protective coating designed for electrical, mechanical, and climatic protection. Four or five color code rings designate the resistance value and tolerance in accordance with IEC 60062.Yellow and gray are used instead of gold and silver because metal particles in the lacquer could affect high-voltage properties.The result of the determined production is verified by an extensive testing procedure performed on 100 % of the individual resistors. The immunity of the plating against tin whisker growth, in compliance with IEC 60068-2-82, has been proven under extensive testing. The encapsulant is resistant to cleaning solvent specified in IEC 60115-1. 所述复合材料的制备,是通过Fe 3O 4和AuNPs以及羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP -β-CD)修饰到三维石墨烯表面制得(3D -rGO/Fe 3O 4-AuNPs/HP -β-CD)。
该材料不仅结合了3D -rGO比表面积大、电子传递速率快,Fe 3O 4-AuNPs电催化活性高等优点,还具有HP -β-CD优异的分子识别能力,通过一系列表征证实Fe 3O 4、AuNPs和HP -β-CD成功负载在三维石墨烯结构中,并将其修饰到玻碳电极表面制得新型传感平台用于鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤的同时检测。
结果表明,鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤在较宽的线性范围下得到了较低的检测限,大大提高了修饰电极对两种嘌呤检测的灵敏度。
本发明制备的传感器还成功用于实际样品鱼精DNA中鸟嘌呤和腺嘌呤的同时检测。
权利要求书2页 说明书8页 附图4页CN 110231384 A 2019.09.13C N 110231384A权 利 要 求 书1/2页CN 110231384 A1.一种3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs/HP-β-CD纳米复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:1)Fe3O4-AuNPs纳米粒子的制备:首先将49-51mg Fe3O4加入到40-60mL超纯水中,超声分散后,在N2氛围下再加入170-190μL3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES),室温下机械搅拌6-8h,黑色沉淀反复洗涤并磁滞分离,最后真空干燥,得到氨基化的Fe3O4(Fe3O4-NH2);然后取19-21mg Fe3O4-NH2粉末超声分散在15-25mL超纯水中,加入39-41mg金纳米粒子(AuNPs)粉末,室温搅拌2-4h,反复洗涤并磁滞分离,50℃真空干燥7-9h,得到Fe3O4-AuNPs;2)3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs纳米材料的制备:先将40mg/20mL氧化石墨烯(GO)超声破碎15-25min,在超声溶解下加入75-85mg L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys),迅速加入550-650μL氨水,置于锥形瓶中,在95℃的油浴中加热,反应3-5h,最后过滤,冷冻干燥得三维石墨烯(3D-rGO)黑色固体粉末;再取制得的3D-rGO29-31mg,超声分散在20-40mL水中,加入29-31mg步骤1)获得的Fe3O4-AuNPs,室温搅拌2-4h,多次洗涤并磁滞分离,冷冻干燥得到3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs;3)3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs/HP-β-CD复合材料的制备:取19-21mg步骤2)中所获得的3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs到50mL锥形瓶,加入22.23-24.23mg 碳二亚胺盐酸盐和12.8-14.8mg N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,机械搅拌1-3h,然后加入羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)155-165mg,室温搅拌20-30h后,磁滞分离并冷冻干燥,得到最终的产物3D-rGO/Fe3O4-AuNPs/HP-β-CD。
