Based on several yearsof experience, we decided to offer only some key components of blood pressure monitors. Please understand that it is not economic to offer specific electronic components as the storing and handling would not be efficient.It is most important for you to have some spare cuffs, pumping balls units and connectors available. Some parts are very specific such as the electric pump, DC jack and the auto release valve.On the list you will also find accessories (cuffs and AC adapter) as we do not have an extra "Accessory List".The technical test equipment with is components is also listed.How to order?Please order spare parts same as your standard orders to Microlife. Please understand that we generally can just accept one spare parts order perthree months! Otherwise the spare parts handling would become too complicated. Therefore please collect and plan your orders accordingly.Which parts shall I order at the beginning?➢At the beginning, you need the BP- and MT Test set-up and a set of basic parts. By ordering the "MICROLIFE Service Start Set" (order number S1000A) you will receive the complete BP and MT Test Equipment and astart set of most important spare parts!➢Please note that model specific parts (Battery Covers, Gift Box and Manual) are not included and should be ordered in relation to theproducts you handle. We recommend to order 20 pcs battery cover (order number S408X) for each of your models. Gift Box and Instruction Manual may not be needed.Which parts shall I order in relation to my sales volume?➢The "MICROLIFE Service Start Set" supplies the most required parts to you for the beginning➢But as cuffs of blood pressure monitors are in general some kind of "wearing parts", we recommend order 3% of spare cuffs (standard M-size) per model with each of your new product orders.➢In addition you should order 3% of L-size cuffs which will be purchased as accessories.➢For Example, if you order 500 pcs. BP 3BT0 and 500 pcs. 2BP0, we recommend to order 30 M-size and 30 L-cuffs.➢We also recommend to order 3% of pumping ball sets with your new product order for these models.➢Please take the above as a general rule and try to prevent ordering 3% with each order as the part handling otherwise would become too complex at our end_➢You should also have some AC adapters in your stock which will be requested by your customers. As the volume depends on your salesstrategies, we can not give a general recommendation for this part.➢For air connectors, cuff fixing pins, T-connectors, valves, pumps, DC jacks, stickers and battery covers, we also can not make a general rule.Please take care that you always have a sufficient number of these parts available; they are cheap parts which will be supplied in quantities of20 or 50 pcs. to you; you need these parts to maintain a good service!
