Background
• Continuous business transformation initiatives, end-to-end operating process alignment and system integration enable China Supply Chain has a robust and solid model to support business growth. Key performance indicator (KPI) has been built as a part of supply chain executive system. It is a general metric that is tied to a target, reporting a daily performance with quantifiable measurement in each area of business. Real-time visibility of operation progress and daily executive KPI are the key for our effective control and management in terms of service, inventory, quality and cost, as to meet business turnaround and NOG target. But lacking of integrated and interactive data / information visualization in one place, we often have to call a meeting, run multiple reports, or do manual, paper-based work to generate and gather the information for completely understanding up-to-date situation. Real-time & automatic operational status and executive KPI are all outputted in one place / view, to save our time, makes us manage the business proactively with smart timely decision.
