You can go to Big Ben and London Bridge ...(2) 教师总结,告诉学生他们在本单元了解了很多国家,了解了这些国家的城市及其著名的动物、建筑物等内容,然后自然导入新话题:Today we’ll learn about more countries.2. 学习新知(1) 教师提问:How many countries will we learn about? What are they?学生带着这些问题阅读有关法国和埃及的短文,然后尝试找出答案。

2. 能够听懂、会说用来了解世界上主要英语国家名胜、地理位置、语言等信息的功能句:What do you know about ... It’s famous for ... People there speak ... It’s in the ... of... You can ... there.3. 能够初步学会在恰当的情境中运用以上功能句,并能按要求在所提供的语境中书写几个意义连贯的句子。

二、教学建议A. Look, listen and say.1. 热身活动(1) 头脑风暴。

学生四人一组,说说有关国家、城市、语言和名胜的词汇,如S1: the UK,组内其余三人就说出该国家一些有特色的东西,如:the British Museum, London Bridge ...(2) 猜谜语。

学生结对,一人说谜语,另一人猜想,如S1: It’s a c ountry. It is in ... It’s famous for... S2: It’s ...(国家名称)(3) 师生问答,复习稳固上节课的功能句:Where do you want to go this winter vacation What do you want to do there2. 呈现新的学习内容(1) 教师引导学生观察A项图片,之后提问学生:What countries and cities can you see on the map 学生答复。

(2) 教师呈现对话内容。

具体步骤如下。
