气体物化特性包装( Cylinder(47L)、Bundle(16×47L)、Bundle(25×47L)、 Y-Cylinder(470L)、 ISO等)储存及运输三氟化氮气瓶应储存于阴凉、通风仓库内。

三氟化氮气瓶应远离火种、热源、防止阳光直射,与还原剂、易燃或可燃物等分开存放。

三氟化氮气瓶在搬运时要轻装、轻卸,防止钢瓶及附件破损。

三氟化氮气瓶的运输按危险品运输。

运输时用气瓶固定架将三氟化氮气瓶固定好,用汽车公路运输或用轮船集装箱运输。

泄漏应急处理如遇有三氟化氮气体泄露,工作人员要马上撤离泄漏污染区,并尽可能采取措施阻止三氟化氮气体的进一步泄露。

如有工作人员中毒,应立即送往医院救治。

泄露现场要尽快处理,处理泄露现场的工作人员必须配戴必要的防毒面具,最好是自给正压式呼吸器。

泄露现场经检测无危害气体后方可进入工作人员,泄露容器必须经仔细检查、维修或妥善处理好后方可继续使用。

安明电气保证生产安全使用说明书FL-A型搅拌器/潜水泵安全控制器广州市安明电气科技有限公司荣誉出品FL-A型飞力潜水泵/搅拌机安全控制器,以飞力搅拌器/潜水泵本身具有标准配套传感器为蓝本而设计的安全控制装置。

它与飞力搅拌器/潜水泵配套使用,就能达到最佳使用效果并为维护、维修带来极大之方便。

FL-A具有定子室泄漏或油室泄漏监测保护、电机绕组温度监测保护(内含双金属开关)功能。

(1)本公司之FL-A型号产品均可在任何情况下,都能为飞力潜水泵/搅拌机提供有效的安全保护(2)安全控制器能对各输入传感器进行自动诊断,而且全部故障信号都能进行显示及锁存,为维修同检查带来方便。

(3)采用数字信号处理,功耗少,散热低,性能稳定。

(4)由于采用数字技术,消除各种频率干扰,提高抗干扰能力,工作可靠。

(5)采用进口名牌继电器,负载能力强,达到5A/220V(无源触点)。

(6)电子控制板,双面进行特殊处理,大大提高防潮,防腐以及绝缘性能的能力,增强稳定性、可靠性,能大大延长其工作寿命。

1、主要规格及技术参数A:FL-A型安全控制器可以处理搅拌器/潜水泵的以下输出信号电机定子室绕组过热的热敏开关(中国大陆常用叫法:双金属片开关)电机定子室内的泄漏传感器FLS:油室中的水分泄漏传感器CLS:B:FL-A型安全控制器技术运行参数:I(电流)小于3MA→电机绕组温度过热。

I(电流)大于3MMA、小于22MA→正常工作状态。

I(电流)大于22MA→泄漏故障状态(包含定子室泄漏或油室泄漏)。

C:绿灯:正常工作时亮,其技术含义:非一般电源指示,而是本控制器内部自检及工作运转正常。

泄漏红灯:红灯亮时,则表示发生FLS或CLS故障:发生泄漏时有10秒左右的延时时间,(达到设定值时计算)。

D:FL-A型安全控制器以下输出信号(1)电机绕组温度过高继电器采用双路无源触点输出(2)泄漏继电器采用无源触点输出2. 正常使用环境条件(1)工作环境温度:-20℃~+40℃;(2)长期不得大于相对湿度90%;3. 供电电压(1)24V AC/DC;(2)正常运行参数:电流值3MA<I<22MA;电流值I<3MM为过高温度;电流值I> 22MA为泄漏故障,有10秒延时。

LF, HF, UHF都分别代表什么

LF, HF, UHF都分别代表什么?和我们听的收音机道理一样,射频标签和阅读器也要调制到相同的频率才能工作。

LF,HF,UHF 就对应著不同频率的射频。

LF代表低频射频,在125KHz左右,HF代表高频射频,在13.56MHz左右,UHF代表超高频射频,在860至960MHz范围之内。

对一个RFID系统来说,它的频段概念是指读写器通过天线发送、接收并识读的标签信号频率范围。

从应用概念来说,射频标签的工作频率也就是射频识别系统的工作频率,直接决定系统应用的各方面特性。

在RFID系统中,系统工作就像我们平时收听调频广播一样,射频标签和读写器也要调制到相同的频率才能工作。

射频标签的工作频率不仅决定着射频识别系统工作原理(电感耦合还是电磁耦合)、识别距离,还决定着射频标签及读写器实现的难易程度和设备成本。

RFID应用占据的频段或频点在国际上有公认的划分,即位于ISM波段。

典型的工作频率有:125kHz、133kHz、13.56MHz、27.12MHz、433MHz、902MHz~928MHz、2.45GHz、5.8GHz等。

按照工作频率的不同,RFID标签可以分为低频(LF)、高频(HF)、超高频(UHF)和微波等不同种类。

不同频段的RFID工作原理不同,LF和HF频段RFID电子标签一般采用电磁耦合原理,而UHF及微波频段的RFID一般采用电磁发射原理。

目前国际上广泛采用的频率分布于4种波段,低频(125KHz)、高频(13.54MHz)、超高频(850MHz~910MFz)和微波(2.45GHz)。

每一种频率都有它的特点,被用在不同的领域,因此要正确使用就要先选择合适的频率。

低频段射频标签,简称为低频标签,其工作频率范围为30kHz~300kHz。

典型工作频率有125KHz 和133KHz。

低频标签一般为无源标签,其工作能量通过电感耦合方式从阅读器耦合线圈的辐射近场中获得。

低频标签与阅读器之间传送数据时,低频标签需位于阅读器天线辐射的近场区内。

电子氟化液,又名电子检测液、电子检漏液,氟化液是低粘度、无色透明全氟化学品,具有良好的化学惰性、电气绝缘性能、热传导性和独特的低表面张力。

广泛应用于半导体制造厂作为热传导介质。

其液体温度范围为-50°C 至128°C,主要应用于蚀刻设备、离子注入设备、测试设备及其他设备。

因为是单一组分,所以其成分不好出现降解或者过期。

FC-3120沸点高,其随时间的挥发也比较少。

仍是业界仍是业界Gross Leak测漏,冷热冲击试验Thermal Shock,绝缘测试,高温老化试验等广为使用的工程液体。
