一、教学重点和难点
1.听、说、读、写单词与词组:season, spring, summer, fall, winter,swim, skate, fly kites, make a snowman, pl ant trees.
2. 运用四个句型进行问答:1.① What is your favorite season ? ② Which season do you like best? ③ What is th
e weather like? ④ Why do you like spring/summer/fall/winter?
3.复习有关描述天气的单词,例如:cool, warm, hot, cold, rainy, sunny, cloudy, snowy
4. 复习有关描述活动的单词与词组,例如:swim, skate, fly kites, make a snowman, plant trees等
二、教学目标
1.学习四个句型的问答:① What is your favorite season ? ② Which season do you like best? ③ What is the weat her like? ④ Why do you like spring/summer/fall/winter?
2.学生能够听、说、读、写单词与词组:season, spring, summer, fall, winter,swim, skate, fly kites, make a sno wman, plant trees.
3.通过使学生多开口说英语,培养学生学习英语的兴趣以及用英语表达的能力。

4.使学生了解一些地理知识,特别是气候方面的知识。

三、课前准备

2.准备录音机和磁带
四、教学过程
(一)热身
(1)看图说四季的单词并进行拼写
课堂开始,教师与学生问好,然后教师通过课件播放四张季节的图片,让学生根据图片说单词并进行单词拼写。

这一过程是检查学生四季单词的掌握情况。

(2)Let’s chant
描述四季的四个chant,朗朗上口的chant既激发了学生的朗读兴趣,同时复习了天气与活动的词句。

Spring, spring, I like spring. Spring is green.
Spring, spring, I like spring. Spring is warm.
I can plant trees in the mountains.
Summer, summer, I like summer. Summer is red.
Summer, summer, I like summer. Summer is hot.
I can swim in the sea.
Fall, fall, I like fall. Fall is yellow .
Fall, fall, I like fall. Fall is cool.
I can pick apples in full.
Winter, winter, I like winter. Winter is white .
Winter, winter, I like winter. Winter is cold .
I can make a snowman in winter.
(二)复习导入
(1)重点句型的问与答
课件出示本单元重点句型:What’s your favourite season?
My favourite season is …….
和Which season do you like best?
I like …..best.
有四幅图片的支撑,学生可以马上说出自己最喜欢的季节。

(2)复习巩固A Let’s talk
学生先齐读该部分内容,然后男女生分角色朗读对话,最后学生合上课本完成对话内容填空。

如:Zhang: Which season do you like best?
Mike: ___. It’s always _____ and ____. Which season do you like best?
Zhang: _____. I can play with ____.
Mike: I don’t like _____. It’s too ____.
(3)复习巩固A Read and write
学生先齐读该部分内容,然后三人小组分角色朗读对话,最后学生合上课本完成对话内容填空。

如:Amy: Which season do you like best, Mike?
Mike: Well, in Canada _________ ______. The sky is very blue. The leaves are colorful.
Amy: _______________________________________?
Zhang: I like ______ best. We go up north. We play in the snow.
Amy: Winter is beautiful, but it’s too _____ for me. _______ ___________. I like to swim in the sea.
Mike: Summer is good, but ___________________________________.
Zhang: Why?
Mike: Halloween and Thanksgiving!
学生已能熟练地朗读对话,对对话内容已经非常熟悉,所以该内容填空,既能巩固重点句式,又能增强学生记忆。

(4) 课外知识的学习
Halloween: 万圣节之夜。

在西方国家,每年的10月31日。

Thanksgiving: 感恩节
美国的节日,每年11月的最后一个星期四。

(5)根据实际回答问题
1. How many days天 are there in a week周?
2. How many seasons are there in a year年?
3. Which season do you like best?
4. Why do you like …?
5. What’s the weather like in…?
学生根据自己实际进行回答,锻炼他们的思维能力,提高英语口语表达能力,达到学以运用。

(6)听音标号并写出词组或单词
1. -Which season do you like best?
-Winter. I can skate.
2. -Which season do you like best?
-Spring. I can plant trees.
3. -Which season do you like best?
-Summer. I can swim.
4. -Which season do you like best?
- Spring. I can fly kites.
5. -Which season do you like best?
-Winter. I can make a snowman.
(7) 复习B Let’s learn四季活动的单词与词组
学生拼写四季活动的单词与词组,复习巩固四会词汇。

(8)看图完成句子内容
1. I like _____ best. It’s always
___ _. The leaves are ______. I can _________ in spring.
2. I like _______best. It’s very ____. But I can _____ in summer.
3. I like _____ best. The weather is ____. I can ________ and ____________ with my friends.
4. I like ______ best. ________ I can ______ and ______a snowman. But it’s very _____. (9)看图回答问题

10. -Which season does Sarah like best? -She likes winter best.
(10)听音,判断对错
1. -Which season do you like best?
-Winter. I can make a snowman.
2. -Which season do you like best?
-Summer. I can swim.
3. - Which season do you like best?
- Spring. I can fly kites.
4. I like winter best. It’s snowy. I like snow.
5. I like spring best. It’s warm. I can plant trees.
6. I like summer best. It’s hot. I can eat ice-cream.
以上部分都以练习的方式巩固所学内容,做练习在学习英语过程是非常重要的,学生只有通过练习才能运用到他们在课堂中所学到知识,达到巩固知识,学好英语的目的。

(11)家庭作业
1、要求学生抄写所学的四会单词和四会句型两遍。

2、朗读第二单元课文15分钟。

教后反思:
本节课是一节以复习,单元整合为主的课。

复习是教学活动中的一个重要环节,是提高教学效益的关键。

本节复习课的目的在于整理、梳理单元知识,弄清各知识点的联系与区别,掌握知识重难点,使学生在大脑中能清晰地建立这一单元的知识结构。

同时本节课也是学生自主学习的一个好机会,教师要激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,教学时既达到对旧知的巩固与运用,又要兼顾学生的自我认识与探索,既要考虑不同层次学生的学习水平,又要个别指导和面向全体。

本节课我分成了三大模块,第一模块为回顾本单元知识点,第二模块为自主学习掌握重难点,第三模块为检测效果加深理解。

1、通过Let’s chant 回顾春夏秋冬四季,朗朗上口、富有节奏感的chant既激发了学生的学习兴趣,又达到了
巩固四季不同天气与活动的内容,加深学生的印象。

通过师生问答形式复习本单元板块间的知识重难点,帮助学生理清思路,为接下教学环节做铺垫。

如:
What’s your favourite season?
My favourite season is …….
和Which season do you like best?
I like …..best.的区别。

Why do you like …?
Because……句型的问答等等。

2、给学生设置教学情境,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,把所学知识进行运用。

如让学生看图完成句子,
I like _____ best. It’s always___ _. The ______is/ are ______. I can _________ in ______.等
也可以让学生发挥想象地说,如I like _____ best. The weather is ____. I can ________ and ____________ with m y friends.等
学生能用英语流利地表达自己的想法,对我来说是最大的愿望。

在我的课堂上,我希望学生能运用已学知识,解决生活中的实际问题,就是会读英语,会用英语与他人交流,这不就是我们学习英语这一门语言的目的吗?
3、通过听力练习检测学生学习的效果,英语听力对很多学生来说是有难度的,因为学生学习英语的过程中,读写训练花的时间比较多,往往容易忽视听说能力的培养,而提高听力不仅有利于说、读、写能力的全面发展,也为平时交际打下坚实基础。

让学生听录音里的纯正的语音语调,既能培养学生良好的语音语调,又能纠正某些学生错误的发音。

在本节课里我通过听音标号并写出词组或单词和听音判断对错两个教学环节,检测学生的学习效果。

发现不同学习程度的学生均有较好的成绩。

我的不足之处是本节课紧紧围绕第二单元知识点进行复习为主,结合以前所学知识点比较少,只是复现了颜色、天气和活动的内容,如果再增加不同季节的穿着、饮食,学生回想自己的生活经历,如寒暑假旅游,简要地说说难忘的事等等。

学生的亲身经历便是很好的学习素材,我们老师要不断挖掘这些素材,为平时教学提供新鲜的动力。
