in northwest China. The noodles are made from wheat flour and are hand-pulled, giving them a distinct texture and taste.

One of the key features of Lanzhou noodles is the broth, which is usually made from beef bones and spices. The broth is simmered for hours to extract the maximum flavor and is then poured over the noodles. The dish is typically served with sliced beef, green onions, and other toppings.

In my opinion, the best thing about Lanzhou noodles is the texture of the noodles themselves. The hand-pulled noodles have a chewy texture that is unlike any other type

of noodle I've tried. The broth is also very flavorful and pairs perfectly with the noodles.
