初二八上英语1～10单元
Unit 1: My school
My school is near my house. It's big and beautiful. There are two teaching buildings, a library, a gym, a playground and a garden in it. I study in Class 3, Grade 8. My classroom is on the third floor. It's clean and bright. Our classroom has 40 students. Our math teacher is Mr. Wang. He is strict but kind. I like him very much. Our English teacher is Miss Liu. She is young and energetic. She always makes her class lively and interesting. I love her class very much.
Unit 2: My day
I get up at six in the morning. I have my breakfast at
six thirty. Then I go to school at seven. I have four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon. We have a break at ten. We usually play games and chat with our friends. I have lunch at twelve. I eat in the school canteen. After school, I
do my homework and then play sports with my friends. I go home at six and have dinner at seven. After dinner, I watch TV or read books. I go to bed at nine.
Unit 3: My weekend
I enjoy my weekends very much. On Saturdays, I often play basketball with my friends in the morning. In the afternoon, I go shopping with my mom. Sometimes, we go to the cinema to watch movies. On Sundays, I usually do my homework in the morning. In the afternoon, I go to the park with my family. We have a picnic and play games together. Sometimes, we go hiking in the mountains. I love the weekends because I can relax and have fun.
Unit 4: Free time
I have many hobbies. I like listening to music,
especially pop music. My favorite singer is Taylor Swift. I also like playing the guitar. I practice it every day. I enjoy reading books, too. My favorite writer is J.K. Rowling.
I have read all of her Harry Potter series. In my free time, I also like playing video games with my friends. We often have a great time together.
Unit 5: Food and restaurants
I love eating delicious food. My favorite food is pizza.
I also like Chinese food, especially Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Rice. I often go to restaurants with my family. We usually go to Chinese restaurants. Sometimes, we also go to western restaurants. I enjoy trying different kinds of food.
I can use chopsticks skillfully and I like using them. I think eating at restaurants is a lot of fun.。
