摘要
我国是造纸大国,但同时又造纸资源稀缺,森林资源严重不足,导致木浆 比例低,非木材比例高。非木材制浆对环境的污染相当严重。随着人们对环境 的重视,由于技术的发展和新设备的出现使得废纸制浆技术越来也成熟,废纸 浆占的比重也越来越大。
随着我国制浆原料类型的优化,节约资源,保护环境,价格低廉的废纸浆 对我国这样一个造纸资源短缺的国家来说是一个非常重要的原料。废纸浆的比 重在逐年增加,其中进口废纸对我国造纸业的发展具有极大的支撑作用。因此, 本次设计采用进口废纸为原料,70%进口美国 37#废纸(混合办公废纸)生产 脱墨浆和 30%漂白硫酸盐浆为原料配抄生产书写纸。本次设计的特点:1)设 备先进。采用先进的碎浆、脱墨浮选和筛选净化设备。鼓式碎浆机能耗低,对 纤维损伤小,脱墨和除去胶粘物的效果较好。2)工艺先进。前后浮选可以减 少纤维流失,降低生产成本,提高纸浆质量。中浓甲脒亚磺酸(FAS)漂白, 显著调高白度,无毒无味,且对环境无污染。3)保护环境。中浓过氧化氢漂 白,提高纸浆白度,节省蒸汽,降低化学品消耗,减少废液排放。
As China's pulp raw type of optimization, resource conservation, environmental protection, low price of waste paper pulp and paper resources of a national shortage of this country is a very important raw material. The proportion of waste paper pulp increased year by year, of which imports of waste paper for the development of China's paper industry has a great supporting role. Therefore, this design uses imported waste paper as raw material, 70% of U.S. imports 37 # paper (mixed office waste) produce deinked pulp and 30% bleached kraft pulp as raw material to produce copy writing paper. The features of the design: 1) advanced equipment. The use of advanced pulping, deinking flotation and filtering purification equipment. Drum pulper has low energy consumption, small fiber damage, the effect of de- inking and removing stickies better. 2) advanced technology. The excellent flotation deinking technology can reduce fiber loss, reduce production costs, improve pulp quality. Medium concentration of formamidine sulfinic acid (FAS) bleaching, significantly increase the whiteness, non-toxic and tasteless, and environmental pollution. 3) protection of the environment. Medium concentrated hydrogen peroxide bleaching, improve pulp brightness, saving steam, reduce chemical consumption and waste emissions.

Abstract
China is a great country in paper- making,but it is shortage of the raw material resources,especially the lack of forest resources, resulting in a low proportion of wood pulp, high proportion of non-wood. Non-wood pulp making increases the environment pollution. With more and more people pay attention to the environment, as a result of technological developments and new equipments makes waste paper pulping technology is also increasingly mature, the proportion of total waste paper pulp is also growing.

Abstract
