中药外敷预防化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

【摘要】目的：探讨化疗性静脉炎采用中药外敷预防的效果。

方法研究年度2015年1月—2016年1月,整群选取化疗患者68例,经抽签分组。

34例接受常规方法,入对照组；34例接受中药外敷,入实验组。

对比两组静脉炎发生率及程度。

结果实验组静脉炎率11.76%,Ⅱ级75%,Ⅰ级25%；对照组静脉炎率26.47%,Ⅲ级
33.33%,Ⅱ级4.44%,Ⅰ级22.22%。

两组中实验组静脉炎率更低,静脉炎程度更轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论中药外敷预防化疗性静脉炎作用显著,静脉炎发生率低,建议推广。

%Objective To observe the chemotherapy phlebitis herbal topical preventive effect. Methods Group selection an-nual January 2015—2016 January chemotherapy included a total of 68 cases, the group draw. 34 cases received conven-tional method, the control group; 34 cases receiving TCM herbs, into the experimental group. Compared two groups of phlebitis incidence and severity. Results Experimental group phlebitis rate 11.76%, 75% Ⅱ grade, grade Ⅰ 25%; control group phlebitis rate of 26.47%, Ⅲ grade 33.33%, Ⅱ grade 4.44%, grade Ⅰ 22.22%. Two experimental groups phlebitis rate is lower, the degree of inflammation lighter vein, there is a significant difference (P<0.05), possessed statistical signifi-cance. Conclusion TCM herbs prevention of chemotherapy-induced
phlebitis significant effect, a low incidence of phlebitis, the proposed promotion.
