【摘要】Objective To observe the efficacy of Diane-35 in treating adolescent DUB patients,as well as the adverse reactions and characteristics of Dane-35.Methods Selected 122 cases of adolescent DUB patients admitted to our hospital′s gynecology from January 2012 to November 2014.Divided those 122 cases into two groups:the observation group and the control group.Observation group were treated using Diane-35,while the control group using progynova + medroxyprogesterone sequential therapy.Results In the acute phase,Dane-35′s hemostas was better than the control group (P<0.01),showing significant difference.The time of vaginal bleeding becoming less and vaginal bleeding stop in observation group were both shorter than the control group,the differ-ence was significant (P<0.05).We compared the two groups of patients′menstrual recovery and found that the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05),the difference was significant.We also compared the adverse reactions in two groups and found that the the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.3% while the incidence in control group was 22. 95%,showing significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion This study investigated the clinical efficacy of Diane-
35 in adolescent DUB.We draw Diane-35 hemostasis was better than progynova in the acute phase.Also Dane-35 was faster in acting than progyno-va,and its adverse reaction was lesser than progynova.The effect of Dane-35 on menstruation was more stable than progynova
+medroxyprogesterone sequential therapy.%目的通过临床试验,观察达英-35治疗青春期功血的疗效、不良反应、治疗特点等.方法收集2012年1月至2014年11月本院妇科收治的青春期功血患者122例,分为观察组和对照组.观察组使用达英-35进行治疗,对照组使用补佳乐+安宫黄体酮序贯治疗,观察两组治疗效果.结果观察组急性期止血效果优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有极显著性意义.观察组阴道流血减少时间和阴道流血停止时间均短于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后的月经恢复情况比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义.在不良反应的观察中,观察组的不良反应发生率为3.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为22.95%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义.结论本研究观察达英-35治疗青春期功血的临床疗效,得出达英-35在急性期的止血效果优于补佳乐,且达英-35止血起效时间快、不良反应少,观察随访发现其调经作用较补佳乐+安宫黄体酮序贯疗法更稳定.
