LM2621第输入电压DC DC稳压IC。

主要用于电池向其他设备的供电采用MOS管采用SO-8的贴片封装具有极小的体积，以及高达2MHZ的工作频率保证了极
低的损耗。

输入电压范围：1.2-14V
输出电压范围可调在
1.24-14V
以及1A的工作电流
0.17欧姆的内阻
典型的静态电流只有80UA
应用：
此芯片在极小的体积下做到了高效率的转换因此应用于常见的很多便携设备中，比如手机，手持万用表，手持示波器。

LCD TFT显示屏显示供电。

此芯片采用8引脚：
1：电源接地端此引脚必须接地
2：EN主动低关断输入
3：频率调整端口
4：输出电压反馈
5：信号地线
6：内部电源
7：启动自举电源内部MOSFET的栅极驱动电源开关8：脚电压范围-0.5-14.5V内部MOS管漏极
应用电路如下：
8脚为输入端 L起到隔离滤波作用
C2为输出滤波电容
RF1与RF2组成反馈网络 ,CF1为高频补偿电容
D1为反接二极管起到保护IC的作用
C3为局部退耦电容。
