基于微信平台PBL+TBL教学法在全科医学实习带教中应用效果研究

摘要：目的 探讨微信平台联合PBL+TBL教学法在全科医学实习教学中的应用效果。方依利用搭建
微信平台，实施PBL联合TBL教学法，通过考试成绩与问卷调查方式分析评价新型教学模式的教学效
果。偌案与传统教学组相比，无论是自我评价还是组内互评情况,PBL+TBL组学生在表达能力、交流
沟通能力、团队协作能力、发现并解决问题能力等综合能力方面有明显提高，差异有统计学意义(PV

全科医学是20世纪80年代引入中国的新型学 科，自1997年《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展 的决定》提出“加快发展全科医学，培养全科医生”战 略任务后B .我校及多所高等医学院校高度重视全科 医学教育体系的建设，陆续地将全科医学概论设为本 科生的必修课程,全科医学有了迅速的发展;其理论紧 密联系实际的特点要求全科医学教育应更多地注重学 生自主观念的培养和学生分析解决实际问题能力的提 高,尤其是社区实习教学要与传统的理论讲授有所区 别,应探索更加有效的教学方法，提高学生的学习效 果。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect on application of WeChat-assisted PBL+TBL teaching meth­ od in general medical practice teaching. Methods Using the PBL+TBL teaching model based on the WeChat platform・ The new teaching method was used to evaluate the teaching effect through the ex­ amination results and question-naire survey・ Results Compared to the traditional teaching group, students in the PBL+TBL teaching group showed significant improvement in expression ability, com­ munication skills, teamwork ability, ability of finding and solving problem, and the difference was statistically significant (0. 05); The significant difference existed in practice teaching method and organization between the two groups of students(PV0・ 05).
