Winter Safety Production Bulletin
Dear leaders, teachers, and students:
Hello everyone! In the cold winter, in order to further ensure the safety of the campus, we have specially prepared a winter safety production bulletin to remind everyone to pay attention to safety issues in winter and prevent various accidents from happening.
I. Fire prevention
Winter is a high incidence season for fires, and we must attach great importance to fire prevention work to ensure campus safety. The following are precautions to prevent fires:
1. Manage electrical appliances: When using electrical appliances, make sure that the electrical circuit is intact to avoid the danger of short circuit and fire. At the same time, when using electric blankets and heating pads, pay attention to the duration of use and make sure to turn off the power when leaving.
2. Prevent electric stove fires: When using electric heaters in winter, place them in a safe location and ensure proper ventilation. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to privately pull and connect wires to prevent wire aging and fire.
3. Prevent fireworks from causing fires: It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers on campus. At the same time, when setting off fireworks and firecrackers or watching firework displays outside, maintain a safe distance and avoid accidents. II. Cold protection
In the cold winter, keeping warm is of utmost importance. The following are some tips for cold protection:
1. Dress properly: Wear warm clothes such as cotton coats and down jackets suitable for winter, avoiding wearing too light or too many layers. At the same time, choose appropriate shoes to prevent cold infiltration and accidents such as slipping.
2. Indoor heating: In classrooms and dormitories, appropriate heating equipment or electric heaters should be turned on to maintain warmth, but at the same time, attention should be paid to ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
3. Outdoor warmth: When going out, wear hats, scarves, gloves, and other warm equipment to avoid exposure to cold environments. At the same time, when engaged in outdoor activities, add clothing and keep warm in a timely manner to prevent colds and frostbite.
III. Traffic safety
Winter roads are slippery, and visibility is low. Traffic safety is related to everyone's life safety. The following are some traffic safety precautions:
1. Pedestrian safety: Pay attention to the road conditions when walking to avoid slipping. Be cautious and slow when using slopes or crossing the road, especially in rainy and snowy weather. At the same time, walk on the sidewalk and avoid walking on the road to prevent traffic accidents.
2. Bicycle safety: When riding a bicycle, wear a safety helmet and strictly follow traffic rules and obey traffic signals. At the same time, make sure that the brakes and lights of the bicycle are working properly to prevent accidents.
3. Passenger safety: When taking public transportation such as buses and subways, stand in safe areas and follow the designated boarding and alighting locations. When riding in private cars, buckle up and equip with anti-slip pads to prevent accidents.
IV. Ice and snow safety
Ice and snow weather is both beautiful and dangerous. The following are some tips for ice and snow safety:
1. Avoid ice skating: The ice surface is slippery and easy to cause falls and injuries. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to skate on the ice to avoid accidents and injuries.
2. Vehicle and pedestrian precautions: When driving in icy and snowy weather, slow down and do not brake suddenly. Pedestrians should avoid walking on uncleared areas to prevent slipping and injuries.
3. Indoor ice and snow safety: Before the arrival of rainy and snowy weather, clear dew and snow in a timely manner to prevent wet and slippery floors.
Each of us should regard safety as the top priority, learn to protect
ourselves with knowledge, and prevent accidents from happening. Let us pay attention to winter safety production and create a safe and harmonious campus together.
Thank you all!。
