Payment Agreement
This Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this [insert date] by and between [insert Name of Party A], a [insert type of entity, e.g., corporation] organized
and existing under the laws of [insert jurisdiction], with
its principal place of business at [insert address of Party A] ("Party A"), and [insert Name of Party B], a [insert type of entity] organized and existing under the laws of [insert jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at

WHEREAS, Party A and Party B have entered into a [insert name of the main agreement] dated [insert date of the main agreement] (the "Main Agreement"), whereby Party A has agreed to provide certain products/services to Party B, and Party B has agreed to pay for such products/services;

conditions under which Party B shall make payments to Party A for the products/services provided under the Main Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Payment Terms
Party B shall pay to Party A the total amount of [insert

2. Late Payment

3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
