Here, I would like to share with you my daily exercise routine, which not only keeps me physically fit but also mentally refreshed.
Morning Warm-up: Yoga and Stretching
My day usually begins with a gentle yoga session, right after I wake up. I find that starting my day with yoga helps me ease into consciousness, stretching out any stiffness accumulated overnight. I focus on basic poses like downward-facing dog, cat-cow, and mountain pose, which not only stretch my muscles but also calm my mind, preparing me for the day ahead. Following yoga, I indulge in a series of dynamic stretches to further warm up my body and increase flexibility.
Mid-Morning Walk or Cycle
Depending on the weather and my schedule, I make it a point to go for a brisk walk or a leisurely cycle ride in the mid-morning hours. This not only gets my heart rate up but also provides an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, breathe in fresh air, and clear my mind from the distractions of the digital world.
