This agreement is entered into by and between [Company A], with its principal place of business at [Address of Company A], and [Company B], with its principal place of business at [Address of Company B].
1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which [Company B] will hold inventory on behalf of [Company A] in [Country/Region].
2. Inventory Holding
[Company B] agrees to hold a specified quantity of inventory provided by [Company A] in its facilities in [Country/Region]. The inventory will be stored securely and maintained in good condition.
3. Ownership
The title and ownership of the inventory held by [Company B] shall remain with [Company A] at all times. [Company B] shall not have any right, title, or interest in the inventory, except as expressly provided in this agreement.
4. Inventory Management

5. Fees

6. Term and Termination
This agreement shall be in effect for a period of [Term of Agreement], unless terminated earlier by either party with [Notice Period] notice. Upon termination, [Company B] shall return all inventory held to [Company A] in good condition.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information related to

8. Governing Law
