［摘要］ 目的 探讨替扎尼定治疗对脑卒中后肢体痉挛患者的影响。方法 将 63 例脑卒中后肢体痉挛 的患者，在常规康复治疗的基础上，采用随机数字表法将其分为替扎尼定治疗组（ n = 32） 和巴氯芬对照组（ n = 31） ，在治疗前和治疗后 12 周采用改良 Ashworth 量表、临床痉挛指数、Fugl-Meyer 评价表、改良 Bathel 指数，分 别对患者的上、下肢痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活活动能力进行评价。结果 治疗 12 周后，两组肢体痉挛症 状明显改善，肌张力降低，患侧肢体运动功能改善，日常生活能力提高，但组间比较差异无统计学意义（ P ＞ 0. 05） 。治疗组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组（ P ＜ 0. 05） 。结论 替扎尼定对治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛有较 好疗效，而且临床不良反应较轻，患者耐受性好。
